Use harina com\u00fan para todo uso.<br \/>\n*Levadura en polvo. Da un buen impulso a los bu\u00f1uelos.<br \/>\n*Huevo. Puede sustituir con \u00bb huevo de lino \u00bb para la opci\u00f3n vegana.<br \/>\n*Ma\u00edz. Use ma\u00edz fresco, congelado (y descongelado) o enlatado.<br \/>\n*Pimiento Jalape\u00f1o se puede usar en su lugar, por un poco de picante.<br \/>\n*Perejil. Se puede usar cilantro o eneldo en su lugar.<br \/>\n*Ceboll\u00edn. O cebolletas.<br \/>\n*Aceite de oliva. Prefiero usar aceite de oliva virgen extra, pero cualquier aceite servir\u00e1.<br \/>\n*Sal pimienta.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0Prepare la masa batiendo la harina, el huevo y el agua en un taz\u00f3n mediano. Cuando la masa est\u00e9 suave, agregue el aceite de oliva, la sal y la pimienta y mezcle bien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0A la masa, agregue el ma\u00edz, pimiento, perejil y cebollino. Mezclar bien y reservar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>3.<\/strong> Caliente una sart\u00e9n antiadherente grande a fuego medio. Vierta alrededor de 3-4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva sobre \u00e9l.
