style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">* Comenzamos a realizar la preparaci\u00f3n del\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">huevo, sal, leche y az\u00facar<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> en un plato hondo o un bol (Esta receta alcanza m\u00e1s o menos para realizar cinco o seis rodajas de pan) y batimos muy bien con ayuda de un tenedor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">*<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> En cuanto al pan es recomendable que sea pan de campo y cortarlo en rodajas de aproximadamente 2 cm, 1, 5 cm. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">En el caso de no tener se lo puede reemplazar por pan lactal c\u00f3mo es en mi caso.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">*<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> Prendemos una hornalla mediana a fuego entre medio y m\u00ednimo (tirando a m\u00ednimo) y colocamos la rodaja de jam\u00f3n sobre una sart\u00e9n (si es de tefl\u00f3n mejor, para que no se pegue) para que se lance un poquito de cada lado. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Retiramos de la sart\u00e9n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">*<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> Mojamos las rebanadas de pan con la mezcla anterior preparada de cada lado, y ubicamos el pan sobre la sart\u00e9n (con un poquitito de aceite). <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Tenemos que ir tanteando al rato para ver c\u00f3mo se va cocinando, para que no se nos queme.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">*<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> Como dije anteriormente, el fuego debe estar casi al m\u00ednimo para que pueda cocinar bien de adentro y no est\u00e9 cruda. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Se la da vuelta para que se termine de cocinar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">*<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> Una vez que retiramos la primera la colocamos sobre un plato normal y le ponemos por encima la rebanada de jam\u00f3n y la rebanada de queso para que se vaya derritiendo de un poco.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>*<\/b>Ponemos a cocinar la otra rebanada de pan de la misma manera. Al cocinarse de un lado, se la va a dar vuelta y se le va a colocar por encima la rebanada de pan lista con el queso y el jam\u00f3n (esto es opcional pero me gusta hacerlo para que se termine de derretir el queso a la vez que se va cocinando la parte que le falta de la tostada).
