PDVSA sigue siendo unas de las empresas m\u00e1s importante del mundo petrolero y petroqu\u00edmico Las Constituci\u00f3n,\u00a0 normas , leyes y dem\u00e1s est\u00e1n plasmados para que en el tiempo PDVSA se desarrolle de forma correcta tal como lo vienen haciendo,, hay un detalle que es el que a veces por situaci\u00f3n de raza, credo pol\u00edtica,etc no queremos ver. Los factores que inciden para que se presenten los diferentes tipos de desviaciones est\u00e1 en el factor humano en general, desde gerentes hasta nosotros los trabajadores, y el ejemplo lo vemos hoy d\u00eda, la mayor\u00eda se desentiende del asunto tal como paso cuando \u00e9ramos activos; le dejamos los asuntos a los negligentes sabiendo que en las probabilidades todo puede pasar.
