(Orgalat\u00edn)<\/strong><\/a>, Marcelo D\u00edaz Bracho, presidente, y Coromoto Ramos alertaron que \u201clos jueces no pueden ser fichas ejecutoras del aparato represivo del gobierno\u201d.<\/p>\n\u201cDesmantelar el aparato represivo contra la poblaci\u00f3n venezolana es igualmente una prioridad\u201d.<\/p>\n
Ambos directivos refirieron de varios art\u00edculos de la Declaraci\u00f3n Universal de Derechos Humanos y de la Convenci\u00f3n Americana sobre Derechos Humanos referente a una justicia independiente.<\/p>\n
La Convenci\u00f3n Americana sobre Derechos Humanos es el tratado fundamental de la OEA que obliga a los Estados firmantes a respetar y garantizar derechos civiles, pol\u00edticos, econ\u00f3micos y sociales fundamentales.<\/p>\n
\u201cLa justicia se aplica respetando el debido proceso y no a trav\u00e9s de legislaciones que violan derechos humanos como la Ley contra el Odio y Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cLa amnist\u00eda debe ser parte de un proceso amplio de justicia transicional para enfrentar a los responsables de graves violaciones de derechos humanos\u201d.<\/p>\n
D\u00edaz y Ramos consideran que ese proceso debe incluir el desmantelamiento del aparato represivo, el saneamiento del sistema judicial y la derogaci\u00f3n de leyes represoras.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
