Por: Lorena Vargas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>NOTI-AMERICA.COM | MEXICO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>CUANDO SE LEGALIZA LA DETENCION DE LOS CIUDADANOS DE UN PAIS POR PENSAR DISTINTO Y SUS IMPLICACIONES EN LOS CASOS DE ASILO.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Veo con preocupaci\u00f3n como en mi pa\u00eds se hace ley de la rep\u00fablica la detenci\u00f3n de cualquier persona que piense distinto, pero que adem\u00e1s manifieste su alegr\u00eda por la captura de una persona que destruyo a un pa\u00eds tan prospero como Venezuela, claro junto a un sistema que fue desangr\u00e1ndolo gota a gota desde 1998 cuando gana la presidencia el DIFUNTO Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas. Es menester analizar el contexto actual para poder concluir que el miedo futuro en los casos de asilo de <strong><u>excepcional pasa a ser aplicable a la inmensa mayor\u00eda<\/u><\/strong> que si bien era reconocido su miedo pasado, no se ve\u00eda con claridad su relaci\u00f3n con el miedo futuro, pero es que ahora no necesitas ser reconocido por ellos como alguien relevante, si no que seg\u00fan el articulo 5 del decreto de conmoci\u00f3n de fecha 3 de Enero de 2026 publicado en gaceta oficial 6954,\u00a0 todos somos blancos del r\u00e9gimen por el solo hecho de publicar un mensaje en el celular, o por hablar con un amigo, vecino o familiar podemos ser denunciados y podemos ser detenidos en nuestros propios hogares, sin derecho a la defensa a un abogado, torturados y desaparecidos. Dicen desde Estados Unidos algunos voceros oficiales ya las circunstancias cambiaron y no se\u00f1ores cambiaron pero para peor en cuanto al riesgo de regresar a Venezuela, hay un miedo terrible a salir, a hablar, hay miedo a vivir, a mirar a alg\u00fan funcionario, hay miedo a los colectivos en las calles que ahora sustituyen a funcionarios militares y policiales tomando el control de un pa\u00eds entero que no sabe en este momento cual ser\u00e1 sus destino, paso de creer que solo era cuesti\u00f3n de liberarla de estos delincuentes y violadores de derechos humanos y que asumiera el mando Edmundo Gonz\u00e1lez Urrutia y Mar\u00eda Corina Machado; a no saber que en verdad suceder\u00e1. Mi pa\u00eds, tu pa\u00eds, el pa\u00eds de muchos de los que estamos afuera llora de alegr\u00eda, pero a la vez est\u00e1 lleno de interrogantes y miedo. Presidente Trump es hora de evaluar bien el principio de la No Devoluci\u00f3n de un solicitante de asilo este contexto lo amerita hay un riesgo alto y brutal de que se sigan violando derechos humanos fundamentales. Creo con convicci\u00f3n que ahora mas que nunca el miedo futuro subsumido y aplicado en cada caso en virtud de lo previsto en \u00a0la Ley Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar, la sentencia <strong>de BIA MATTER OF N.M.A DEL 21 DE Octubre de 1998 en el caso de Afganist\u00e1n<\/strong> <strong>(el cual analiza detalladamente el cabio de circunstancias por derrocamiento del l\u00edder opresor<\/strong>) y El Decreto de Conmoci\u00f3n ya se\u00f1alado pueden servir para fundamentar tu miedo futuro de regresar a Venezuela donde en la actualidad reina la ilegalidad, la violaci\u00f3n de derechos fundamentales y la anarqu\u00eda, donde se incrementan las detenciones y desapariciones y donde a\u00fan no hay condiciones de vivir en un pa\u00eds donde reine la paz y el Estado de Derecho ya que grupos irregulares estan al control de los ciudadanos que atemorizados gritan dentro de si BASTA YA VENEZUELA LIBRE.
