{"id":44248,"date":"2025-05-18T13:40:15","date_gmt":"2025-05-18T13:40:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/2025\/05\/18\/petroleo-y-algo-mas-por-luis-hernandez-131\/"},"modified":"2025-05-18T13:40:15","modified_gmt":"2025-05-18T13:40:15","slug":"petroleo-y-algo-mas-por-luis-hernandez-131","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/2025\/05\/18\/petroleo-y-algo-mas-por-luis-hernandez-131\/","title":{"rendered":"Petr\u00f3leo y algo m\u00e1s\u2026  Por Luis Hern\u00e1ndez."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>NOTI-AMERICA.COM | VENEZUELA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Petr\u00f3leo y algo m\u00e1s\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Por Luis Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p>El Frente de Trabajadores Petroleros \u201cRompiendo Cadenas\u201d siempre se ha mantenido durante estos 25 de Socialismo del Siglo XXI en una lucha en defensa de mejorar las Contrataciones Colectivas y las Actas de Convenimiento de los trabajadores en Venezuela, se rumora de manera muy afirmativa que \u201cEn la industria petrolera se est\u00e1n preparando Jubilaciones emergentes para trabajadores en Amuay y Punta Card\u00f3n que han laborado por m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os de servicios con un arreglo miserable, es decir, si has trabajado durante 35 a\u00f1os, solo te reconocer\u00e1n 25 a\u00f1os, los 10 a\u00f1os que dio en servicio se \u201cpierden\u201d, por tal motivo estamos elevando este llamado de alerta para nuestros trabajadores en el Estado Falc\u00f3n. No podemos permitir tantos abusos del Estado venezolano en contra de los trabajadores. Y para colmo de males se destruyen las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores\u2026 Al parecer estamos en una carrera de resistencia llevando reclamaciones laborales que son engavetadas por el patrono, pero los que dicen ser gremialistas de los diferentes gremios laborales que fueron creados para dividir la dirigencia sindical y laboral se les est\u00e1 olvidando defender las causas de los trabajadores y ven alegremente los abusos que se cometen contra la clase trabajadora en Venezuela\u2026 En nuestra industria petrolera los chinos tienen a\u00f1os laborando como artesanos en el Estado Falc\u00f3n y est\u00e1n residenciados en el asentamiento \u201cLas Virtudes\u201d\u2026 En la industria petrolera pueden venir a trabajar chinos, iran\u00edes, rusos o de cualquier pa\u00eds, pero nunca podr\u00e1n poner a funcionar nuestras refiner\u00edas por tener est\u00e1ndares norteamericanos, por eso, la Refiner\u00eda de \u201cEl Palito\u201d nunca ha sido activada al 100% por las empresas rusas, iran\u00edes y chinas, pero si podemos activarlas con el personal venezolano que hoy se encuentra fuera de nuestra Venezuela, quienes est\u00e1n dispuestos a regresar y dar todo por la recuperaci\u00f3n de la industria, el frente de Trabajadores Petroleros \u201cRompiendo Cadenas\u201d ha tenido planes y proyectos para su reactivaci\u00f3n pero nunca han sido tomados en cuenta por los gerentes que ha tenido PDVSA, aunque si leen nuestras recomendaciones y las ponen en pr\u00e1ctica a medias\u2026 En estos momentos estoy haciendo denuncias sobre los servicios p\u00fablicos en el Municipio Acevedo, Caucagua, Miranda, mi mayor preocupaci\u00f3n es tener unos servicios de calidad como son el Agua Potable y el Aseo Urbano, he tenido la dicha de ser escuchado y realizar mesas de trabajo para dar soluciones positivas, le doy gracias a la C\u00e1mara Municipal de Acevedo por su receptividad para con mis ideas en bien de los ciudadanos\u2026 Felicitamos al C\u00f3nclave Cardenalicio por haber escogido al Cardenal Robert Prevost Mart\u00ednez como nuevo Papa Le\u00f3n XIV, un Papa humanitario y consecuente con los pobres, su carta de presentaci\u00f3n enmarca sus acciones a favor de los damnificados en las zonas afectadas por inundaciones en Chiclayo, Per\u00fa, en agosto de 2024\u2026 \u00a1VENEZUELA SOMOS TODOS!&#8230; \u00a1VENEZUELA NECESITA UN CAMBIO EN SU ACCIONAR PARA PRODUCIR Y SER LA LUZ DE AM\u00c9RICA LATINA!&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOTI-AMERICA.COM | VENEZUELA Petr\u00f3leo y algo m\u00e1s\u2026 Por Luis Hern\u00e1ndez.
