href=\"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/2025\/01\/13\/83-detenciones-del-1-al-12-de-enero-reporta-abogado-rafael-narvaez\/\">Asociaci\u00f3n Defensa por los Derechos Civiles, Rafael Narv\u00e1ez<\/a>, dijo que la Justicia venezolana \u201cviola los derechos humanos causando un da\u00f1o irreparable a miles de ciudadanos detenidos arbitrariamente, en complicidad con los organismos de seguridad del Estado\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u201cEl da\u00f1o m\u00e1s grave para los derechos civiles y pol\u00edticos es la existencia de un sistema de justicia sometido a la disciplina partidista del PSUV para silenciar a la oposici\u00f3n\u201d, declar\u00f3 el abogado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Narv\u00e1ez acus\u00f3 a la Justicia venezolana \u201cde cometer atrocidades, reprimir y ejecutar detenciones arbitrarias ocultando informaci\u00f3n del sitio de reclusi\u00f3n a los familiares por m\u00e1s de una semana\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u201cA esto se le suma tratos crueles e inhumanos; los detenidos son torturados en centros de reclusi\u00f3n entre ellos el Helicoide, Tocor\u00f3n y Tocuyito\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Narv\u00e1ez reiter\u00f3 las denuncias de otros activistas y organizaciones de derechos humanos que refieren de adolescentes encerrados en las c\u00e1rceles por haber exigido respeto a los resultados de las elecciones del 28 de julio, cuya victoria reclama la oposici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u201cEsta conducta de nuestro sistema de justicia al desechar todas las atribuciones, facultades y competencia establecidas en la Constituci\u00f3n lo convierte en el adversario m\u00e1s letal de los derechos humanos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u201cLa paz no se consigue con jueces sin rostros; tampoco con balas ni c\u00e1rceles\u201d, exclam\u00f3 Narv\u00e1ez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Sobre personas detenidas, Narv\u00e1ez actualiz\u00f3 las cifras e indic\u00f3 que desde el 1 al 20 de enero se han contabilizado 1687 personas tomando como referencia la informaci\u00f3n suministrada por la ONG Foro Penal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u201cEstas personas fueron detenidas por motivos pol\u00edticos luego de las elecciones presidenciales del pasado 28 de julio sobre las cuales el Consejo Nacional Electoral proclam\u00f3 la victoria de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro sin presentar los resultados de los escrutinios ni actas\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cEl Poder Judicial venezolano ha causado un da\u00f1o irreparable, en complicidad con
