EN RIESGO SOLICITUD DE PAROLE AMBAS BANCADAS EN EL CONGRESO ESTAN DISCUTIENDO UN POSIBLE ACUERDO EN MATERIA MIGRATORIA<\/strong>.\u00a0Por: YANET MU\u00d1OZ<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Como le expuse en mi art\u00edculo del domingo, los Congresistas Dem\u00f3cratas y Republicanos estas discutiendo una ley migratoria Bipartidista, las negociaciones han llegados hasta puntos cruciales en pol\u00edticas migratorias habiendo un compromiso entre los negociadores de ambas bancadas.<\/p>\n

Uno \u00a0de los pilares del acuerdo que ha salido a la luz p\u00fablica es la posible \u00a0limitaci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de inmigrantes que reciben un Parole, bien sea por lo beneficios otorgados en la frontera bajo la aplicaci\u00f3n CPB ONE los cuales m\u00e1s de 422.000 personas han entrado\u00a0 bajo este sistema, como tambi\u00e9n 340.000 cubanos, haitianos, Nicarag\u00fcenses y Venezolanos han gozado de este beneficios, oscilando a m\u00e1s de un Mill\u00f3n de inmigrantes y Refugiados que \u00a0han sido admitidos bajo el Parole.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo hasta el momento no han llegado a un acuerdo, la vocera del Congreso le expreso a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n que se siente optimista en los avances de las negociaciones.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan se vislumbra pronto habr\u00e1 un texto final, buscando soluci\u00f3n a la crisis migratoria nueve Gobernadores dem\u00f3cratas sometieron una carta al congreso donde expone:<\/p>\n

\u201cLos Estados y Ciudades no pueden responder indefinidamente con la presi\u00f3n a los recursos locales sin la acci\u00f3n del congreso\u201d<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s\u00a0 exigen que Biden y el Congreso\u00a0 asuman dentro de sus responsabilidades un compromiso m\u00e1s serio y as\u00ed poder mejorar un sistema nacional de inmigraci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 obsoleto y por ello\u00a0 no est\u00e1 preparado para responder al aumento masivos de migrantes a trav\u00e9s de la frontera sur.<\/p>\n

Lo cierto es que ambos partidos trabajan fuertemente para buscar una soluci\u00f3n, incluso \u00a0el secretario de Seguridad Nacional de EEUU, Alejandro Mayorka participa en conversaciones casi diarias con un grupo bipartito de senadores sobre un paquete que combina fondos para seguridad fronteriza con ayudas para Ucrania e Israel, a pesar que est\u00e1 siendo acusado por Legisladores de la C\u00e1mara Baja quienes ya iniciaron procedimientos para un juicio pol\u00edtico en su contra, al que se\u00f1alan que es\u00a0 responsable de la crisis en la frontera.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo como ustedes recordaran en mi art\u00edculo del domingo pasado exprese la inquietud del secretario de seguridad en su visita a la Frontera entre Texas y M\u00e9xico y \u00a0pidi\u00f3 al Congreso reformar las leyes de inmigraci\u00f3n y proporcionar m\u00e1s fondos para la seguridad fronteriza.<\/p>\n

Como tambi\u00e9n\u00a0 asevero, que este es un sistema migratorio deficiente y todos\u00a0 estamos de acuerdo con ello, la magnitud del problema se ve en la frontera y ya hemos expresado durante tres d\u00e9cadas que el sistema Migratorio necesita una reforma.<\/p>\n

Lo cierto es que los Congresista no deben olvidar que se demostr\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n bajo estad\u00edsticas que hubo un descenso\u00a0 notable de inmigrantes tras la aplicaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas como la del Parole humanitario para venezolanos, cubanos, nicarag\u00fcenses y haitianos, factores que se deben tomar en cuenta dentro del an\u00e1lisis de esta posible reforma Migratoria.<\/p>\n

Incluso ya se han escuchado activista como la Vicepresidenta de \u201cUnidos Us\u201d Clarisa Martinez Castro que expres\u00f3 a los medios:<\/p>\n

\u201ccuando eliminamos caminos legales incentivamos la migraci\u00f3n ilegal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ya\u00a0\u00a0 para concluir, vuelvo hacer hincapi\u00e9 en que aplaudimos que ambos partidos\u00a0 esten sentados buscando una Reforma Migratoria Bipartidista para\u00a0 descongestionar el sistema, como tambi\u00e9n actualizar v\u00edas legales,\u00a0\u00a0 implementando soluciones sostenibles que aborden las causas fundamentales de la migraci\u00f3n y que no olviden de darle ya una legalidad a muchos indocumentados o casos de asilos u otros procesos que llevan \u00a07, 8 hasta m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os en el pa\u00eds, pagando impuestos entre ellos como lo exprese en mis art\u00edculos anteriores, muchos profesionales, mano de obra calificada, que ya es necesario buscarle una v\u00eda m\u00e1s estable y\u00a0 que\u00a0 logren una residencia pues han demostrado ser excelentes ciudadanos y estar contribuyendo con la econom\u00eda de este pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Con este gran mensaje\u00a0 termino este art\u00edculo siempre siendo portavoz y guiando a todos mis lectores y seguidores en la mejor forma tanto como de emigrar legal, como tambi\u00e9n de educarse en los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n
