Con un llamado a la unidad por el rescate de Venezuela, una misa de acci\u00f3n gracias y una ofrenda floral en la plaza Bol\u00edvar, dirigentes y militantes del partido Copei en Lagunillas celebraron, este s\u00e1bado 13 de enero, el 78\u00b0 aniversario de dicha organizaci\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1ados por el alcalde Jos\u00e9 Mosquera Adarme, la primera dama, Margarita de Mosquera, y los concejales.<\/strong>

La primera autoridad local felicit\u00f3 a la gran familia copeyana y los exhort\u00f3 a seguir trabajando por la lucha y defensa del sistema democr\u00e1tico. \u00abEn nombre de nuestro gobernador y l\u00edder del Zulia, Manuel Rosales, fundador de UNT, de la directiva regional y municipal, Nora Bracho y Yuleima de Vel\u00e1squez, respectivamente, del alcalde y los concejales queremos felicitar en estos 78 a\u00f1os de fundado a la tolda verde, especialmente a su presidente en Lagunillas, Rafael Dur\u00e1n, y a todos esos dirigentes que ya no est\u00e1n entre nosotros; igualmente saludar a toda esa militancia que d\u00eda a d\u00eda trabajaban por el bienestar de los lagunillenses \u00ab.<\/em>

De Copei hemos aprendido mucho, sostuvo Mosquera Adarme, as\u00ed como de todos esos partidos que forman parte de la Plataforma Unitaria quienes llevamos las riendas, de cara a las elecciones presidenciales, este o el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo. \u00abAnhelamos la unidad y el reencuentro de nuestras familias, que los que est\u00e1n fuera regresen y recuperemos esta hermosa patria. Hay que resaltar que ac\u00e1 en Lagunillas tenemos dos a\u00f1os de gesti\u00f3n y se ve el cambio, tras cuatro a\u00f1os de abandono y desidia. Falta mucho por hacer pero estamos empe\u00f1ados en darle a nuestra gente una mejor calidad de vida. Vaya nuestro abrazo y bendiciones a todos los copeyanos y dem\u00e1s partidos de la Unidad\u00bb.

Por su parte, Rafael Dur\u00e1n, presidente de Copei en la entidad, envi\u00f3 sus congratulaciones a todos los copeyanos por este nuevo a\u00f1o de vida de la organizaci\u00f3n, quienes a diario llevan a cabo un trabajo social por la poblaci\u00f3n. \u00abEs propicia la oportunidad para recordar a quienes no est\u00e1n pero que fueron pieza valiosa dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n: Pablo Sarache, Albenis Arrieta, Eduin Pirela, Francisco Alvarado, Nery Vel\u00e1squez, Jos\u00e9 Delgado, Ilidio Vel\u00e1squez, Mar\u00eda Primera, y otros valiosos dirigentes.
