{"id":34332,"date":"2024-01-09T16:56:12","date_gmt":"2024-01-09T16:56:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/?p=34332"},"modified":"2024-01-09T16:56:12","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T16:56:12","slug":"analisis-captar-y-fidelizar-talento-calificado-es-el-gran-reto-empresarial-de-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/2024\/01\/09\/analisis-captar-y-fidelizar-talento-calificado-es-el-gran-reto-empresarial-de-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"#An\u00e1lisis Captar y fidelizar talento calificado es el gran reto empresarial de 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NOTI-AM\u00c9RICA <strong>VENEZUELA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El problema m\u00e1s agudo es el grave rezago de las remuneraciones para el talento profesional en Venezuela, por lo que se recurre a otras pr\u00e1cticas compesatorias.<\/p>\n<p>A escala mundial, la escasez de talento calificado se ha incrementado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El informe\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/go.manpowergroup.com\/meos\" target=\"_BLANK\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Employment Outlook Survey 2023<\/em><\/a>, realizado por ManpowerGroup indic\u00f3 que el porcentaje de organizaciones que buscaron talento pas\u00f3 de 0.36% en 2014 a 0.77% en 2023, aunque se espera una leve disminuci\u00f3n en 2024.<\/p>\n<h6>Porcentaje de organizaciones que buscan talento calificado (2014-2024)<\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-34333\" src=\"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/01\/TALENTO-GRAFICO-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"727\" srcset=\"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/01\/TALENTO-GRAFICO-1.png 750w, https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/01\/TALENTO-GRAFICO-1-300x291.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la encuesta de ManpowerGroup, el porcentaje de organizaciones empleadoras, a escala global, que reportaron dificultades para cubrir sus vacantes, diferenciados por sectores, fueron:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cuidados de la salud y ciencias de la vida: 77%.<\/p>\n<p>Bienes y servicios de consumo, tecnolog\u00eda de la informaci\u00f3n, transporte, log\u00edstica y automotor: 76%.<\/p>\n<p>Industrias y materiales: 75%.<\/p>\n<p>Servicios de comunicaci\u00f3n: 73%.<\/p>\n<p>Finanzas y bienes ra\u00edces: 72%.<\/p>\n<p>Energ\u00eda y servicios p\u00fablicos: 71%.<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo en esta l\u00ednea, en algunos pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina, el porcentaje de empresas que reportaron problemas para cubrir sus vacantes fueron: Brasil (80%), Puerto Rico(78%), Argentina (76%), Costa Rica (70%), M\u00e9xico (68%), Colombia (66%), Per\u00fa y Panam\u00e1 (65%).<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre en Venezuela?<\/h2>\n<p>La encuesta de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.manpowergroup.com\/?_ga=2.31905854.1230610052.1704711054-1956450853.1704711054\" target=\"_BLANK\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ManpowerGroup<\/a>\u00a0no incluy\u00f3 a Venezuela, pero la realidad pa\u00eds hace pensar que el porcentaje de empresas que presentan dificultad para atraer y mantener a su personal es alto.<\/p>\n<p>El talento siempre ha sido escaso, pero ahora es m\u00e1s complicado detectar, contratar y fidelizar al personal, lo que genera un desaf\u00edo para los empleadores.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Jes\u00fas Castillo, director de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/contevenca.com\/about-us\/who-we-are\/\" target=\"_BLANK\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Contevenca<\/a>, firma especializada en la b\u00fasqueda y selecci\u00f3n de talento ejecutivo,\u00a0<strong>el ranking de los sectores donde hay m\u00e1s demanda de talento en Venezuela\u00a0<\/strong>es:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Consumo masivo y retail: alimentos, bebidas, cuidado personal y del hogar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Servicios: log\u00edstico, financieros, medios de pago.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuidado de la salud: farmacias, cl\u00ednicas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Manufactura: consumo masivo, insumos, empaques.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Analicemos,\u00a0<strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 genera esta demanda? E<\/strong>l salario m\u00ednimo en 2023 cerr\u00f3 en 3,6 d\u00f3lares mensuales, nada atractivo para atraer, ni mantener el talento, aunque este par\u00e1metro ya no funciona como indicador real en el mercado de remuneraciones.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que s\u00ed es cierto es que los salarios para profesionales en Venezuela son comparativamente m\u00e1s bajos que en el resto de Am\u00e9rica Latina, por lo que las empresas registran presi\u00f3n en esta materia para establecer estrategias de captaci\u00f3n de talento calificado.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a esto, ha habido una desaceleraci\u00f3n del otorgamiento de bonificaciones en d\u00f3lares en el mercado laboral venezolano, como report\u00f3 la\u00a0encuesta\u00a0<em>Tendencias de Gesti\u00f3n de Talento 2023<\/em>, realizada por la UCAB y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.latam.mercer.com\/about-mercer.html%3f\" target=\"_BLANK\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mercer<\/a>, con la participaci\u00f3n de 142 empresas: 75% multinacionales, 22% de capital nacional y 3% multilatinas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOTI-AM\u00c9RICA VENEZUELA El problema m\u00e1s agudo es el grave rezago de las remuneraciones para el talento profesional en Venezuela, por lo que se recurre a otras pr\u00e1cticas compesatorias.
