De la misma manera, el ejercicio en horas cercanas al momento de dormir puede hacer que el reposo sea de mala calidad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abDormir menos expone a la persona a un mayor riesgo de obesidad, diabetes, hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, enfermedad card\u00edaca, e ictus, as\u00ed como a un aumento de la frecuencia de muerte\u00bb, se\u00f1ala.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, comenta que las recomendaciones para un deportista son las mismas que debe cumplir cualquier individuo interesado en mantenerse sano.
