Lamentablemente algunos gobiernos no acatan sus constituciones al tomar decisiones a su conveniencia afectando los derechos ciudadanos establecidos en su legislaci\u00f3n.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>Desde que en Grecia se crearon las primeras formas de democracia, que luego se continu\u00f3 en la Roma Republicana y posteriormente durante el milenio pasado los gobiernos parlamentarios empezaron a tomar poder de las monarqu\u00edas estableciendo los derechos ciudadanos como fundamentales sobre el poder del estado en las Constituciones establecidas.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>Observ\u00e1ndose que los pa\u00edses que alcanzaron mayor desarrollo, fueron aquellos donde se respetan esos derechos ciudadanos y sus habitantes pudieron disfrutar de ellos, lo cual facilit\u00f3 las iniciativas individuales que les permitieron obtener mejores calidad de vida.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>En nuestro pa\u00eds podemos observar c\u00f3mo esos derechos ciudadanos garantizados en la Constituci\u00f3n vigente, han venido siendo desplazados por el poder del estado al venirse imponiendo unas series de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas limitativas de estos. Observ\u00e1ndose que estas afectaciones ocasionan preocupantes desmejoras sociales.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>Un ejemplo lo constituye la pol\u00edtica de estatizaci\u00f3n de los medios de producci\u00f3n los cuales han sido tomados de sus leg\u00edtimos propietarios sin ning\u00fan tipo de compensaci\u00f3n como lo establece la Constituci\u00f3n, como resultado lo \u00fanico logrado fue una dr\u00e1stica ca\u00edda de la producci\u00f3n con sus consecuencias en el consumo y precios, al tener que importar lo que antes produc\u00edan. A la vez afectando uno de los derechos humanos fundamentales establecido en la Constituci\u00f3n y la carta de las Naciones Unidas, como lo es la propiedad privada.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>Consideramos que la m\u00e1s afectativa para los venezolanos de esos derechos ciudadanos a sido el desconocimiento de la\u00a0 de la autonom\u00eda del Banco Central, al convertirse esta instituci\u00f3n garante de la estabilidad monetaria y la paridad cambiaria por ser el receptor de los ingresos que percibe la Rep\u00fablica por las exportaciones petroleras y minerales a un instrumento de financiamiento del d\u00e9ficit fiscal. Lo observado es que el banco central ya no cuenta con autonom\u00eda y se ha convertido en el facilitador de todos los bol\u00edvares requeridos por el gobierno, con lo cual se creo la mayor hiperinflaci\u00f3n del mundo, con sus preocupantes consecuencias en la p\u00e9rdida del poder adquisitivo, ca\u00edda del consumo y elevados niveles de pobreza extrema y cr\u00edtica.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>Son m\u00faltiples las afectaciones de los derechos ciudadanos por parte del poder del estado, los cuales se reflejan en las desmejoras de la calidad de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n, siendo la hiperinflaci\u00f3n causada la m\u00e1s afectativa de nuestros derechos ciudadanos por parte del poder del estado, as\u00ed como la propiedad privada. Todos establecidos en la Constituci\u00f3n vigente y no acatados.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Vicente Brito<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"
