Sin embargo, no se relaciona con el sobrepeso ni con la obesidad. De hecho, los aguacates son un alimento muy saludable por contener grasas cardiosaludables. <br \/><br \/>Pero lo que diferencia al aguacate del resto de las frutas es su gran contenido en vitamina E, un micronutriente que, seg\u00fan la FEN, tiene un potente efecto antioxidante y que no es muy com\u00fan en las dem\u00e1s.
