Ellos tienen que <strong>extremar las medidas contra el coronavirus<\/strong>: lavarse las manos, uso del tapabocas y distanciamiento social, sobre todo si est\u00e1n en un centro hospitalario donde el riego de contagio es mayor. Es importante mantener el <strong>contacto con su m\u00e9dico <\/strong>e informarle de cualquier situaci\u00f3n, ya que ellos son los \u00fanicos que pueden suspender el tratamiento oncol\u00f3gico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La especialista recomend\u00f3 adem\u00e1s servirse de la <strong>tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> y las <strong>redes sociales<\/strong> para estar en contacto con su familia y sentirse acompa\u00f1ado, alimentarse sanamente con una dieta que incluya frutas y verduras.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSi vas a consumir alg\u00fan suplemento vitam\u00ednico, \u00a0que sea con la autorizaci\u00f3n de tu m\u00e9dico tratante, realiza alguna <strong>actividad f\u00edsica<\/strong> o recreativa que te ayude a relajarte y entretenerte, no te satures con tanta informaci\u00f3n, solo dedica unos minutos del d\u00eda a actualizarte sobre las noticias, y lo m\u00e1s importante es que recuerdes que <strong>esto va a pasar<\/strong> y saldremos m\u00e1s fortalecidos de esta situaci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los cuidadores tambi\u00e9n necesitan ser cuidados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brito se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante el tratamiento para vencer la enfermedad, intervienen tambi\u00e9n familiares o amigos cercanos en su rol de <strong>cuidadores<\/strong> quienes tambi\u00e9n necesitan atender su estado emocional, ya que son ellos los que, muchas veces, van resolviendo conflictos que se presentan en el proceso oncol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSi se tienen las herramientas necesarias &#8211; apunt\u00f3 la doctora- para sobrellevar el papel de cuidador, \u00e9sta puede ser una experiencia enriquecedora que nos haga madurar y crecer como personas. Sin embargo, la consulta con un <strong>psiconc\u00f3logo<\/strong> puede ser lo m\u00e1s adecuado, ya que son los id\u00f3neos para el acompa\u00f1amiento psicol\u00f3gico durante el proceso\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En todo caso, el cuidador debe hablar de sus emociones con amigos o con un especialista, alimentarse bien, cumplir con una actividad f\u00edsica por lo menos tres veces a la semana y descansar. \u00abEs conveniente tambi\u00e9n atender su aspecto f\u00edsico, porque eso ayuda a mantener la autoestima. Ingresar a un <strong>grupo de apoyo online<\/strong> y no sentirse culpable si en alg\u00fan momento requiere ayuda especializada como la de una <strong>enfermera<\/strong>, porque eso forma parte del proceso que est\u00e1 viviendo\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ayuda al paciente oncol\u00f3gico, un servicio digital de la SAV<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la web al paciente antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de su tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Cuidados para pacientes mastectomizadas, \u00a0manual de nutrici\u00f3n, actitud positiva, control de efectos secundarios y sexualidad son algunos de los temas desarrollados por especialistas en formato descargable para compartir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
