Est\u00e1 el de alta densidad o HDL, tambi\u00e9n llamado bueno, que es el producido en el h\u00edgado, el de muy baja densidad o VLDL, que es calificado como malo, porque aumenta el riesgo de enfermedades\u00a0 cardiovasculares, y el de baja densidad o LDL, que tambi\u00e9n es calificado como nocivo para la salud\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que los niveles ideales del colesterol \u201cdependen de la edad. Para menores de cuarenta a\u00f1os es de 180 miligramos sobre decilitro y para mayores de 40 es de 200 miligramos\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para detectar si una persona tiene altos niveles de colesterol \u201cmalo\u201d es necesario realizarse un examen de sangre de rutina. \u201cLos s\u00edntomas de esta situaci\u00f3n son muy vagos: mareos leves y malestares estomacales\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs necesario una <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n balanceada<\/strong> para prevenir esta situaci\u00f3n que incluya mayor consumo de vegetales y frutas (4 raciones diarias), sustituir los cereales como arroz y pasta por sus versiones integrales, comer carnes sin grasas ni piel, reducir las frituras, los embutidos y quesos, e incluir m\u00e1s pescados como las sardinas\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte, la entrenadora de Gold\u00b4s Gym, Elizabeth Mancera, asever\u00f3 que es muy importante hacer ejercicio porque ayuda a <strong>bajar de peso<\/strong>, mejora la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y aumenta los niveles de HDL o colesterol \u201cbueno\u201d, que tiene un efecto cardioprotector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLo recomendable es hacer al menos 30 minutos de actividad f\u00edsica sobre todo durante la cuarentena, cuando se recomienda no salir de casa. Podemos caminar dentro de nuestro hogar a un ritmo intenso de 120 pulsaciones por minuto. Otra opci\u00f3n es hacer ejercicios con nuestro peso corporal como flexiones, sentadillas, abdominales, fondos de tr\u00edceps, etc.\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3, otras alternativas son saltar la cuerda, bailar y hacer boxeo de sombra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afirm\u00f3 que la cadena de bienestar integral Gold\u00b4s Gym est\u00e1 comprometida en que sus miembros puedan mantenerse
