Sin embargo, este alimento obtenido de la molienda de distintos cereales, posee muchos ingredientes que son sanos y, consumido con moderaci\u00f3n, no es da\u00f1ino.<\/p>\n<p>El doctor Argenis Chaparro Madriz, cirujano bari\u00e1trico y metab\u00f3lico del Instituto M\u00e9dico La Floresta, explic\u00f3 que las harinas forman parte de los llamados hidratos de carbono complejos, los cuales tienen aproximadamente\u00a0 un 70% de carbohidratos, 12% de prote\u00ednas y 2% de grasas, y constituyen la principal fuente de energ\u00eda del organismo.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, tienen una particularidad y es que son deficientes en lisina y treonina, dos de los nueve amino\u00e1cidos esenciales para el ser humano. Por ello, \u201cse recomienda combinarlas con alguna legumbre (caraotas, garbanzos, arvejas, guisantes, man\u00ed, soya o habas) para complementar esa deficiencia y convertirlas en prote\u00ednas de alto valor biol\u00f3gico como las de la carne, el pescado o el pollo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Chaparro.<\/p>\n<p>Existen muchos tipos de cereales que pueden transformarse en harinas, como: trigo, ma\u00edz, cebada, centeno, quinoa, avena y arroz, entre otros, que se utilizan tanto para la elaboraci\u00f3n de comidas dulces como saladas. Las integrales aportan m\u00e1s fibras que las refinadas, porque se obtienen del grano entero y son beneficiosas para el funcionamiento del intestino, adem\u00e1s que dan saciedad.<\/p>\n<p>Chaparro coment\u00f3 que aunque se puede vivir sin ellas, evitarlas no es la mejor soluci\u00f3n para bajar de peso, sino aprender a diferenciar cu\u00e1les son las m\u00e1s saludables y no excederse del aporte cal\u00f3rico. \u201cUn paciente bari\u00e1trico puede comer pan y arepa todos los d\u00edas, pero todo tiene su peso y su medida, no es que voy a comer carbohidratos cuando quiera y como quiera\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-11955\" src=\"http:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/venezuela\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/04\/53876-31975-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/04\/53876-31975-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/04\/53876-31975-272x182.jpg 272w, https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/venezuela\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/04\/53876-31975.jpg 626w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>El veneno lo hace la dosis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un almuerzo o cena deber\u00eda ser un plato dividido en tres, y compuesto por una mitad de prote\u00ednas y la otra mitad de vegetales e hidratos de carbono, para que la alimentaci\u00f3n sea balanceada.<\/p>\n<p>Los carbohidratos aportan 4 kilocalor\u00edas (Kcal) por gramo, al igual que las prote\u00ednas, y las grasas 9 Kcal.
