Es la tercera impugnaci\u00f3n legal relacionada con la muerte de Mariee, la hija de Yazm\u00edn, en mayo del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las muertes de ni\u00f1os detenidos por agentes fronterizos han atra\u00eddo atenci\u00f3n nacional, as\u00ed como las condiciones en las instalaciones fronterizas donde en algunos casos decenas de ni\u00f1os han estado detenidos juntos al mismo tiempo. Ju\u00e1rez testific\u00f3 el 10 de julio ante un panel de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes federal mientras se mostraban fotos de Mariee en pantallas. Algunos legisladores se enjugaban las l\u00e1grimas durante el testimonio.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mariee muri\u00f3 en mayo de 2018 despu\u00e9s de una hemorragia que le ocasion\u00f3 da\u00f1os irreversibles en el cerebro y otros \u00f3rganos, seis semanas despu\u00e9s de que ella y su madre fueran liberadas de Dilley. Ju\u00e1rez afirma que cuando salieron de Dilley, Mariee estaba muy enferma y al d\u00eda siguiente ingres\u00f3 a una sala de urgencias.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan los abogados de Ju\u00e1rez, Mariee comenz\u00f3 a presentar s\u00edntomas de enfermedad respiratoria varios d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que fueron llevadas a Dilley.
