#000000;\">Bachelet dijo que \u201cen el contexto de la \u00faltima oleada de protestas en los primeros dos meses de este a\u00f1o, mi oficina document\u00f3 numerosas violaciones de DDHH y abusos cometidos por fuerzas de seguridad y grupos armados progubernamentales (colectivos)\u201d.<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, reconoci\u00f3 que se han cometido \u201cdetenciones arbitrarias\u201d y \u201cejecuciones extrajudiciales\u201d contra los opositores al r\u00e9gimen de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La alta comisionada emiti\u00f3 declaraciones sobre Venezuela al leer su reporte sobre la situaci\u00f3n del \u00e1mbito mundial ante el Consejo de DDHH de la ONU este mi\u00e9rcoles.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Que \u201cno haya represalias\u201d<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelet record\u00f3 que en este momento una comisi\u00f3n de su oficina se encuentra en Venezuela, con el prop\u00f3sito de reunirse con representantes de distintos sectores para preparar un informe sobre la situaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En tal sentido Bachelet pidi\u00f3 al r\u00e9gimen que no haya represalias\u00a0\u201ccontra ninguna persona que se haya entrevistado o haya tratado de entrevistarse con ellos\u201d, sin dar detalles sobre las personas con las que la misi\u00f3n est\u00e1 contactando.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEjecuciones extrajudiciales\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelet a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que su oficina se encuentra investigando unas denuncias de ejecuciones extrajudiciales, con al menos 205 muertes atribuidas a las Fuerzas de Acciones Especiales (Faes) en 2017 y otras 37 s\u00f3lo en las protestas del pasado enero, rese\u00f1\u00f3 la agencia internacional de noticias\u00a0EFE.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cLa mayor\u00eda de estas muertes se han producido seg\u00fan un patr\u00f3n similar, ocurren durante allanamientos ilegales de domicilio realizados por las Faes, y posteriormente estos \u00f3rganos notifican el fallecimiento como resultado de una confrontaci\u00f3n armada\u201d, explic\u00f3 Bachelet.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cTambi\u00e9n me inquieta el aumento de las restricciones a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n y de prensa en Venezuela\u201d, subray\u00f3 la\u00a0alta\u00a0comisionada, quien denunci\u00f3 que la \u201cley contra el odio\u201d aprobada por el r\u00e9gimen en noviembre de 2017 se ha usado arbitrariamente contra periodistas, dirigentes de la oposici\u00f3n y disidentes.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apagones en Venezuela\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En lo social, Bachelet dijo que los recientes apagones en Venezuela \u201csimbolizan los problemas de infraestructura que afronta el pa\u00eds\u201d, donde al menos un mill\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os habr\u00edan dejado de asistir a las escuelas por problemas econ\u00f3micos de familias y escuelas o por la simple falta de docentes, muchos de los cuales han emigrado a otros pa\u00edses.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cLa polarizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 agravando una situaci\u00f3n ya de por si cr\u00edtica\u201d, concluy\u00f3 la\u00a0alta\u00a0comisionada, quien destac\u00f3 que \u201ces preciso que se alcance un acuerdo para una soluci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica\u201d.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelet subray\u00f3 que la grave crisis en materia de salud, social y pol\u00edtica que encara Venezuela ha sido negada ampliamente por el r\u00f1egimen de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color:
