Y volver a ver su bella Caracas&#8230; Ese ideario libertario lo jura en el Monte Sacro, con unas palabras que conmovieron al mundo: \u00abJuro delante de usted, juro por el Dios de mis padres, juro por ellos, juro por mi honor y por mi patria, que no dar\u00e9 descanso a mi brazo ni reposo a mi alma, hasta que haya roto las cadenas que oprimen a mi pueblo por voluntad del poder espa\u00f1ol\u00bb&#8230; En aquella Roma, el 15 de agosto de 1.805&#8230; Hacen 221 a\u00f1os de esa gesta hist\u00f3rica&#8230; Y hacen 27 a\u00f1os ha sido pisoteada la libertad de los ciudadanos venezolanos que emiten opiniones diferentes al r\u00e9gimen que hoy est\u00e1 instalado en Miraflores&#8230; 27 a\u00f1os donde el lomo de los trabajadores se dobla por salarios de hambre y esclavitud laboral moderna&#8230; Pero, se dan golpes de pecho cuando dicen ser un gobierno obrerista.
