{"id":7812,"date":"2021-12-02T20:18:51","date_gmt":"2021-12-03T00:18:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/principal\/?p=7812"},"modified":"2021-12-02T20:18:51","modified_gmt":"2021-12-03T00:18:51","slug":"presidente-del-poder-judicial-y-el-fiscal-general-deben-renunciar-senala-nelson-avila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/principal\/2021\/12\/02\/presidente-del-poder-judicial-y-el-fiscal-general-deben-renunciar-senala-nelson-avila\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente Del Poder Judicial Y El Fiscal General Deben Renunciar, Se\u00f1ala Nelson \u00c1vila"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TEGUCIGALPA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El exprecandidato del Partido Libertad y Refundaci\u00f3n (Libre), Nelson \u00c1vila, se\u00f1al\u00f3 este jueves que el presidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia (CSJ) Rolando Argueta y el fiscal general del Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) deben de \u00a0renunciar a sus cargos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDeber\u00edamos pensar que el presidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia \u2013Rolando Argueta\u2013 no espere dos a\u00f1os para salir, porque \u00e9l es traidor a la patria, debido a que 12 de 15 magistrados estuvieron de acuerdo con las Zonas Especiales de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico (ZEDEs)\u201d, opin\u00f3 \u00c1vila.<\/p>\n<p>En los mismos t\u00e9rminos, se refiri\u00f3 al actual fiscal general, \u00d3scar Chinchilla, a quien le recomend\u00f3 que \u00a0deber\u00eda pensar en la renuncia, esto por la alta mora en las investigaciones sin ning\u00fan resultado.<\/p>\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que el\u00a0 a\u00fan presidente de Honduras Juan Orlando Hern\u00e1ndez \u00a0cre\u00f3 \u00a0una infinidad de instituciones del estado para ocultar parte de la \u201ccorrupci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El economista \u2013 subray\u00f3- \u00a0que \u00a0la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica se violent\u00f3 creando instituciones, por lo \u00a0tanto, dej\u00f3 de existir el estado derecho, ya que \u00a0se tradujo en un \u00a0control total por el presidente hondure\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn Honduras no existe institucionalidad, aqu\u00ed se crearon infinidad de instituciones con fines clientelistas para ocultar gran parte de la corrupci\u00f3n\u201d, cuestion\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Concerniente al tema de \u00a0los empleados p\u00fablicos y afines a otros partidos pol\u00edticos, dijo que profesionales que est\u00e1n en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica independiente de su partido pero que son honestos y han cumplido con sus funciones, \u201cyo creo que deber\u00edan quedarse, pero si \u00a0revisar aquellos paracaidistas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, recalc\u00f3 que el mandatario Hern\u00e1ndez, que abandona su puesto a partir del 27 de enero, se aprovech\u00f3 de la debilidad del Poder Legislativo y Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>Ante el contexto, el tambi\u00e9n analista enfatiz\u00f3 que la nueva presidenta electa de Honduras, Xiomara Castro, tomar\u00e1 decisiones \u00a0en pro de los intereses de los hondure\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsas decisiones heroicas deben significar un beneficio para todos, desde la implicaci\u00f3n del proceso para la creaci\u00f3n de empresas, hasta tomar decisiones en pol\u00edticas fiscales\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, aclar\u00f3 que estas decisiones trascendentales para el pa\u00eds se hacen con un equipo con amplio conocimiento y compromiso por la naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYo estoy consciente que hay toda la voluntad pol\u00edtica para transformar a Honduras desde lo simple hasta el complejo\u201d concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>CORTES\u00cdA: <a href=\"https:\/\/confidencialhn.com\">confidencialhn.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TEGUCIGALPA El exprecandidato del Partido Libertad y Refundaci\u00f3n (Libre), Nelson \u00c1vila, se\u00f1al\u00f3 este jueves que el presidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia (CSJ) Rolando Argueta y el fiscal general del Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP)&#46;&#46;&#46;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":110,"featured_media":7813,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"image","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"rop_custom_images_group":[],"rop_custom_messages_group":[],"rop_publish_now":"initial","rop_publish_now_accounts":{"facebook_10219548024599422_1632221337088128":"","twitter_242054905_242054905":""},"rop_publish_now_history":[],"rop_publish_now_status":"pending","footnotes":""},"categories":[663,674],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7812","post","type-post","status-publish","format-image","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualidad","category-nacionales","post_format-post-format-image"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v24.9 (Yoast SEO v27.2) -
