Este congreso se realiza en el marco del proyecto de Subvenciones ICETEX: Programa Internacional de Excelencia Acad\u00e9mica y Deportiva.<br \/>\nEsta alianza de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 900 participantes y reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso con el desarrollo del talento deportivo tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.<br \/>\nEl Congreso fue liderado por Indeportes Cundinamarca, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de su gerente general, Luz Marina Chuquen, y el se\u00f1or Gobernador de Cundinamarca, Jorge Emilio Rey. En el evento participaron ponentes europeos como los h\u00fangaros Akos Cnerny y Csaba S\u00f3s, y los portugueses Duarte Araujo, Hugo Sarmento y Rubio Gouveia. Adem\u00e1s, de los colombianos Marcela G\u00e1lvez, Carlos Entrena, Laura Prieto y Alonso Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>Hablamos con gerente general de Indeportes Luz Marina Chuquen, sobre el
