El mismo aumentar\u00e1 la productividad con la implementaci\u00f3n de sistemas de riego y drenaje, mejorar\u00e1 las condiciones de conectividad vial para reducir brechas y fortalecer\u00e1 el acceso equitativo a una vivienda digna y asequible para la poblaci\u00f3n de bajos ingresos. La garant\u00eda soberana otorgada por el Ejecutivo permite que el gobierno provincial acceda a este cr\u00e9dito y el proyecto se vuelva una realidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La vieja pol\u00edtica durante a\u00f1os le neg\u00f3 oportunidades de progreso a Guayas. Sin embargo, el Jefe de Estado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que su gobierno\u00a0<strong><em>\u201crepresenta lo que se debe hacer; dando la cara y trabajando por el Ecuador. Haciendo que resplandezca un nuevo ma\u00f1ana para el pa\u00eds\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, con la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras de riego, drenaje, vialidad y vivienda para la provincia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La prefecta del Guayas, Marcela Agui\u00f1aga, expres\u00f3 que por meses se trabaj\u00f3 t\u00e9cnicamente para adquirir el financiamiento de la CAF<em>: \u201cGuayas tiene gente que se levanta todos los d\u00edas creyendo que es posible un mejor pa\u00eds\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La colaboraci\u00f3n del Nuevo Ecuador con el gobierno provincial del Guayas se traduce tambi\u00e9n en generaci\u00f3n de empleo, inclusi\u00f3n social, desarrollo productivo, agropecuario y tur\u00edstico. Por eso tambi\u00e9n, el presidente Noboa mencion\u00f3 que no se puede esperar m\u00e1s tiempo y es hora de cumplir con las obras que la ciudadan\u00eda necesita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s, agreg\u00f3 que el Gobierno Nacional trabaja por ordenar las finanzas del pa\u00eds, atendiendo obligaciones que administraciones anteriores dejaron con atrasos, como las deudas en pagos a los gobiernos aut\u00f3nomos descentralizados (GAD):\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cCon este esfuerzo ganamos todas y todos, y as\u00ed forjamos un nuevo futuro, uno m\u00e1s fruct\u00edfero y seguro para las nuevas generaciones\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La actual administraci\u00f3n previamente ya entreg\u00f3 garant\u00edas soberanas en Manab\u00ed, Pichincha; y a los cantones de Guayaquil y Portoviejo.
