{"id":36567,"date":"2024-01-04T11:55:37","date_gmt":"2024-01-04T15:55:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/principal\/?p=36567"},"modified":"2024-01-04T11:55:37","modified_gmt":"2024-01-04T15:55:37","slug":"justicia-argentina-suspende-temporalmente-decreto-de-reforma-laboral-de-milei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/principal\/2024\/01\/04\/justicia-argentina-suspende-temporalmente-decreto-de-reforma-laboral-de-milei\/","title":{"rendered":"Justicia argentina suspende temporalmente decreto de reforma laboral de Milei"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NOTI-AMERICA.COM | ARGENTINA\u2013 La C\u00e1mara Nacional de Apelaciones del Trabajo de Argentina suspendi\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles temporalmente la reforma laboral del decreto de necesidad y urgencia (DNU), firmado por el presidente argentino, Javier Milei, el 20 de diciembre para avanzar en una amplia desregulaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Los jueces Andrea Garc\u00eda Vior y Alejandro Sudera dictaron este mi\u00e9rcoles una medida cautelar solicitada por la central obrera Confederaci\u00f3n General del Trabajo (CGT) -la mayor del pa\u00eds- que deja sin efecto los cambios en materia laboral que hab\u00edan entrado en vigencia el 29 de diciembre.<\/p>\n<p>La semana pasada, la CGT, de inspiraci\u00f3n peronista, llev\u00f3 a cabo una movilizaci\u00f3n contra el DNU y adem\u00e1s solicit\u00f3 al Poder Judicial que frenara los cambios laborales que el gobierno quer\u00eda imponer por decreto. Asimismo, el gobernador de La Rioja, Ricardo Quintela, pidi\u00f3 a la Corte Suprema que declare inconstitucional el decreto.<\/p>\n<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles, la C\u00e1mara Nacional dict\u00f3 una medida que afecta a la aplicabilidad de lo dispuesto en el T\u00edtulo IV del DNU, el relativo al trabajo, resoluci\u00f3n que estar\u00e1 vigente hasta que se dicte una sentencia definitiva sobre el caso.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Las medidas de Milei<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La reforma propuesta por Milei incluye cambios en los juicios laborales, la extensi\u00f3n de los per\u00edodos de prueba en las empresas y la reducci\u00f3n de las licencias por embarazo, entre otras medidas.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la reforma laboral tambi\u00e9n incluye una reducci\u00f3n de los aportaciones y contribuciones jubilatorias, de las indemnizaciones y de las multas por registro deficiente de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Las medidas del decreto de Milei se complementan con las iniciativas anunciadas por el ministro de Econom\u00eda, Luis Caputo, el segundo d\u00eda del nuevo gobierno, el 12 de diciembre, y por la conocida como \u00abley omnibus\u00ab, con la que el presidente pretende acumular poderes legislativos. Ahora, los paquetes de medidas econ\u00f3micas del gobierno argentino cuentan con varios frentes abiertos.
