{"id":2826,"date":"2018-04-13T22:46:40","date_gmt":"2018-04-13T22:46:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/alemania\/?p=2826"},"modified":"2018-04-13T22:47:57","modified_gmt":"2018-04-13T22:47:57","slug":"herbert-diess-reemplaza-a-muller-al-frente-de-volkswagen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/principal\/2018\/04\/13\/herbert-diess-reemplaza-a-muller-al-frente-de-volkswagen\/","title":{"rendered":"Herbert Diess reemplaza a M\u00fcller al frente de Volkswagen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"dateline\">Wolfsburgo (Alemania) &#8211;\u00a0<\/span>Herbert Diess ser\u00e1 el nuevo presidente del grupo automovil\u00edstico alem\u00e1n Volkswagen y suceder\u00e1 as\u00ed a Matthias M\u00fcller, seg\u00fan lo resolvi\u00f3 ayer por la noche el consejo de administraci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en Wolfsburgo, en el norte de Alemania.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcller se apartar\u00e1 de mutuo acuerdo con efecto inmediato del cargo, aunque continuar\u00e1 en la empresa y cumplir\u00e1 su contrato hasta 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Diess era hasta ahora el actual m\u00e1ximo responsable de la marca insignia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, Volkswagen.<\/p>\n<p>El consejo se reuni\u00f3 este jueves para finalizar los cambios en la c\u00fapula de Volkswagen, dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que la empresa anunciara a la prensa que pronto comenzar\u00eda una gran reestructuraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Desde hace tiempo, Volkswagen debate sobre una reestructuraci\u00f3n interna. El grupo automotor cuenta con una estructura compleja y valora dar mayor responsabilidad e independencia tanto a sus marcas -entre ellas Porsche, Audi o Seat- como a las plantas instaladas fuera de Alemania. A ello se suma adem\u00e1s el desarrollo del coche el\u00e9ctrico, en la que la compa\u00f1\u00eda est\u00e1 invirtiendo miles de millones.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcller, de 64 a\u00f1os, tom\u00f3 las riendas de Volkswagen en el a\u00f1o 2015 despu\u00e9s de que el entonces presidente del grupo, Martin Winterkorn, anunciase su dimisi\u00f3n al estallar el esc\u00e1ndalo de manipulaci\u00f3n de motores di\u00e9sel, que afect\u00f3 a 11 millones de veh\u00edculos en el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Con anterioridad, M\u00fcller hab\u00eda dirigido Porsche, una de las filiales del gigante automovil\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>Volkswagen registr\u00f3 en 2017 un nuevo r\u00e9cord de ventas que le permiti\u00f3 mantenerse como la mayor automotriz del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado a\u00f1o, vendi\u00f3 10,74 millones de veh\u00edculos a nivel global, dando as\u00ed definitivamente por superada la crisis de 2015, cuando sufri\u00f3 p\u00e9rdidas hist\u00f3ricas de m\u00e1s de 1.000 millones de euros por las provisiones que se vio obligada a realizar para hacer frente al esc\u00e1ndalo de manipulaci\u00f3n de emisiones.<\/p>\n<p>Volkswagen ha afrontado una situaci\u00f3n financiera complicada en los \u00faltimos tiempos.
