{"id":23524,"date":"2023-01-30T03:42:04","date_gmt":"2023-01-30T07:42:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/principal\/?p=23524"},"modified":"2023-01-30T03:42:04","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T07:42:04","slug":"ecuador-establece101-000-hectareas-como-area-de-proteccion-hidrica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/principal\/2023\/01\/30\/ecuador-establece101-000-hectareas-como-area-de-proteccion-hidrica\/","title":{"rendered":"Ecuador establece101.000 hect\u00e1reas como \u00e1rea de Protecci\u00f3n H\u00eddrica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>REDACCI\u00d3N NOTI-AM\u00c9RICA <strong>(ECUADOR)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">El \u00c1rea de Protecci\u00f3n H\u00eddrica Aguarico, Chingual y Cofanes fue presentada hoy y cuenta con una extensi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 101.000 hect\u00e1reas, lo que la convierte en la m\u00e1s grande del pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comunicacion.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/IMG_20230128_132419_788.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ecuador establece un hito para la efectiva conservaci\u00f3n de su patrimonio natural h\u00eddrico en la zona norte del pa\u00eds: el presidente Guillermo Lasso present\u00f3 oficialmente el \u00c1rea de Protecci\u00f3n H\u00eddrica (APH) Aguarico, Chingual y Cofanes, durante un evento desarrollado en el Parque Tur\u00edstico Nueva Loja. <strong><em>\u201cCon esta nueva \u00e1rea de protecci\u00f3n estamos fortaleciendo el cuidado de vertientes y r\u00edos, tal como lo venimos haciendo en todo el Ecuador desde el inicio de mi gobierno\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, refiri\u00f3 el Presidente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El APH Aguarico, Chingual y Cofanes tiene m\u00e1s de 101.000 hect\u00e1reas.\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cEs la m\u00e1s grande reserva de agua del Ecuador y todas sus fuentes son desde ahora consideradas de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, explic\u00f3. Con ello, se beneficiar\u00e1 a miles de ecuatorianos de la provincia de Sucumb\u00edos y parte del Carchi, pero sobre todo a las comunidades asentadas a orillas del Aguarico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Precisamente, la petici\u00f3n de proteger el r\u00edo Aguarico fue realizada por la comunidad Cof\u00e1n de Sinangoe en 2018. Hoy, es una realidad gracias a la determinaci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n del presidente Guillermo Lasso por proteger, recuperar y preservar los recursos h\u00eddricos; as\u00ed como el trabajo articulado entre el gobierno central, gobiernos locales, organizaciones ambientales y pueblos y nacionalidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El \u00e1rea cuenta\u00a0 con un caudal aproximado de 463,54 litros por segundo de agua y permitir\u00e1 garantizar el l\u00edquido vital otorgado a trav\u00e9s de 95 autorizaciones de uso en beneficio de los usuarios que pertenecen a las dos provincias, tres cantones, seis parroquias y 22 recintos de su zona de influencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El Primer Mandatario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con estas acciones no solo garantizamos la cantidad y calidad de agua para uso y consumo humano; sino que tambi\u00e9n\u00a0<strong><em>son \u201cotra forma de enfrentar a las amenazas del cambio clim\u00e1tico. Y una buena manera de combatir actividades como la miner\u00eda ilegal, el tr\u00e1fico de vida silvestre o los da\u00f1os ambientales\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sin duda, la declaratoria de APH Aguarico, Chingual y Cofanes es una paso m\u00e1s hacia la transici\u00f3n h\u00eddrica del pa\u00eds, un compromiso del presidente Lasso; y que forma parte de las\u00a0<em>\u201c173.000 hect\u00e1reas que en estos 20 meses de gesti\u00f3n hemos establecido (\u2026) Con esto \u2013tambi\u00e9n- impulsamos el desarrollo sostenible, la distribuci\u00f3n equitativa del agua, la lucha contra la desnutrici\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica infantil y garantizamos la soberan\u00eda alimentaria\u201d<\/em>, acot\u00f3 el ministro del Ambiente y Agua, Gustavo Manrique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Se prev\u00e9 que hasta el 2025, existan un total de 284.000 hect\u00e1reas bajo protecci\u00f3n h\u00eddrica, cumpliendo el Plan de Gobierno. Hasta el momento ya se ha alcanzado\u00a0m\u00e1s\u00a0de\u00a0un\u00a050\u00a0%.\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cTodos tenemos la obligaci\u00f3n de cuidar el medioambiente. Es un deber con nuestros hijos y nietos.
