{"id":15975,"date":"2022-06-16T20:27:48","date_gmt":"2022-06-17T00:27:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/principal\/?p=15975"},"modified":"2022-06-16T20:27:48","modified_gmt":"2022-06-17T00:27:48","slug":"comandante-de-la-policia-arresta-ciudadano-de-manera-ilegal-en-boca-chica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/principal\/2022\/06\/16\/comandante-de-la-policia-arresta-ciudadano-de-manera-ilegal-en-boca-chica\/","title":{"rendered":"Comandante de la Polic\u00eda arresta ciudadano de manera ilegal en Boca Chica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">BOCA CHICA &#8211; Un hombre denunci\u00f3 que fue arrestado de manera ilegal por el teniente coronel de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, Sanave Montero Montero, comandante de la dotaci\u00f3n en el municipio de Bocha Chica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A trav\u00e9s de videos realizados a Sanave Montero Montero, por el Procurador Fiscal del municipio Santo Domingo Este, Danilo Holgu\u00edn, suministrado a requerimiento de la redacci\u00f3n de ArosNews, quien se aperson\u00f3 la ma\u00f1ana del pasado domingo, a la sede de la polic\u00eda en ese municipio, donde se pudo apreciar requiri\u00e9ndole, le mostrara la denuncia u orden de arresto en contra de Ra\u00fal Luciano, para \u00e9l mantenerlo en prisi\u00f3n, a lo que rehus\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ra\u00fal Luciano, dijo que el oficial lo apres\u00f3 ilegalmente alegando que \u00e9l hab\u00eda invadido un terreno de forma irregular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En las grabaciones se escucha al representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico cuando le requiere al oficial Montero los documentos, denuncia u orden de arresto que \u00e9l tiene para mantener al ciudadano Ra\u00fal Luciano bajo arresto en la celda del referido recinto policial, a los fines conocer el estatus del detenido, a lo que este se neg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En el segundo audio-video, tomado por el magistrado Holgu\u00edn en el interior del recinto policial, muestra a Ra\u00fal Luciano dar declaraciones dentro de la celda, donde permaneci\u00f3 por espacio de 48 horas, cuyos derechos le fueron violados por la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El ciudadano narr\u00f3 que hab\u00eda entrado a la propiedad con el fin de buscar mangos, por lo que fue liberado por el fiscal de Boca Chica, Omar Rojas, con el compromiso de que en lo adelante no podr\u00eda acercarse por esa \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El afectado hizo un llamado al Director de la Polic\u00eda, mayor general Alberto Then para que disponga una investigaci\u00f3n del caso y establezca las sanciones correspondientes en contra del responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Fuente: Junior Pimentel<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BOCA CHICA &#8211; Un hombre denunci\u00f3 que fue arrestado de manera ilegal por el teniente coronel de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, Sanave Montero Montero, comandante de la dotaci\u00f3n en el municipio de Bocha Chica.
