Por primera vez en el Per\u00fa, recicladores recibieron formaci\u00f3n en temas de emprendimiento, finanzas b\u00e1sicas, gesti\u00f3n de residuos, seguridad ocupacional, entre otros temas, que les permitir\u00e1 profesionalizar su importante labor con el medio ambiente.<\/span><\/p>\n

En total, 39 recicladores completaron el Curso de Profesionalizaci\u00f3n de Recicladores, una iniciativa que busca elevar sus competencias t\u00e9cnicas y promover su formalizaci\u00f3n, para posicionarlos como actores clave de la econom\u00eda circular y la sostenibilidad ambiental en el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Este curso fue posible gracias a la alianza de la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Rec\u00edclame y la Universidad de Lima, con la participaci\u00f3n de especialistas acad\u00e9micos y del sector privado.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Los recicladores recibieron sus certificados oficiales tras completar un programa acad\u00e9mico que incluy\u00f3 m\u00f3dulos de gesti\u00f3n de residuos, seguridad ocupacional, liderazgo, comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva, finanzas b\u00e1sicas y emprendimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

El curso se desarroll\u00f3 entre el 23 de septiembre y el 30 de octubre.<\/span><\/p>\n

Esta experiencia cobra especial relevancia en un contexto en el que la formalizaci\u00f3n de los recicladores sigue siendo uno de los principales retos del pa\u00eds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Seg\u00fan funcionarios del Ministerio del Ambiente (Minam), existen cerca de 4.500 recicladores formalizados agrupados en m\u00e1s de 370 asociaciones; sin embargo, se estima que alrededor del 98 % a\u00fan trabaja en la informalidad, muchas veces sin protecci\u00f3n social ni acceso a servicios municipales de acopio.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

La formalizaci\u00f3n no solo dignifica su labor, sino que tambi\u00e9n garantiza una gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s segura, eficiente y trazable de los residuos s\u00f3lidos, fortaleciendo la cadena del reciclaje y generando beneficios ambientales y econ\u00f3micos para las ciudades. \u201cEl conocimiento es la base del cambio\u201d, sostiene Fanny Reyes, gerente general de la Asociaci\u00f3n Rec\u00edclame durante la ceremonia de clausura.<\/span><\/p>\n

De acuerdo con datos del Minam, los recicladores formalizados de once ciudades del pa\u00eds generaron m\u00e1s de 3,8 millones de soles en ingresos por la venta de residuos valorizables durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, gracias a programas de fortalecimiento y capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n
