El Gobierno Regional del Callao realiz\u00f3 un multitudinario 4\u00b0 Plenario de Comit\u00e9s Regionales del Callao. Los l\u00edderes sociales y el GORE adoptaron acuerdos, entre los que destacan la implementaci\u00f3n del toque de queda focalizado en la jurisdicci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de la creaci\u00f3n del distrito de Pachac\u00fatec, entre otros temas.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

El encuentro entre los vecinos y las autoridades del Gobierno Regional del Callao, presidido por Ciro Castillo Rojo Salas, y los integrantes de los Comit\u00e9s Regionales de la Provincia Constitucional del Callao, se realiz\u00f3 en el Coliseo Grau de la Villa Deportiva Ol\u00edmpica. El desarrollo del evento cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 2.500 vecinos en las tribunas.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Plenario Regional es un espacio de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en el cual los l\u00edderes sociales exponen los principales problemas de sus comunidades y alcanzan propuestas de soluci\u00f3n con el fin de que sean incorporadas al formularse actividades y proyectos de inversi\u00f3n del GORE.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

En el contexto del desarrollo social, es clave porque ofrece un espacio donde diferentes actores pueden debatir, compartir ideas, experiencias y construir consensos. Estos espacios promueven la participaci\u00f3n colectiva y la toma de decisiones inclusivas, lo cual es crucial para enfrentar problemas sociales complejos.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

El Plenario, como otros espacios, fomenta el liderazgo, especialmente entre j\u00f3venes y grupos que tradicionalmente han sido excluidos, promoviendo una mayor inclusi\u00f3n y diversidad en la toma de decisiones.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Esta fundamental participaci\u00f3n de los vecinos chalacos es dirigida por la Oficina de Organizaciones de Base Regionales, a trav\u00e9s de la promoci\u00f3n de las organizaciones de base regionales.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante la clausura del evento, tras las exposiciones de los dirigentes barriales, el gobernador y funcionarios se reunieron para redactar el acta de acuerdos con los principales pedidos: insistir ante el Gobierno Nacional con la creaci\u00f3n del distrito de Pachac\u00fatec; toque de queda focalizado en algunos puntos del primer puerto; incorporaci\u00f3n del pueblo chalaco al Sistema de Movilizaci\u00f3n Regional contra el Crimen, y solicitar al Gobierno Nacional la creaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Movilizaci\u00f3n Nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cTodo lo que falta en los distritos de nuestro puerto, ustedes lo traducen en propuestas, y en estos plenarios donde los debatimos, mejoramos y nos comprometemos a cumplir\u201d, sostuvo la m\u00e1xima autoridad pol\u00edtica chalaca, quien record\u00f3 que \u201cestamos en una Estado de emergencia, y para que tenga mejor efectividad que los anteriores, las bases regionales deben trabajar a la par de las autoridades, y buscar alternativas que generen el cambio\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
