La Sala Penal Permanente de la Corte Suprema, presidida por C\u00e9sar San Mart\u00edn Castro, ratific\u00f3 los 36 meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva dictada contra el expresidente Pedro Castillo Terrores, investigado por el presunto delito de organizaci\u00f3n criminal y otros.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

La medida ratificada corresponde a la investigaci\u00f3n en contra del exmandatario por los presuntos actos de corrupci\u00f3n en Petroper\u00fa y los ministerios de Transportes y de Vivienda.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, la Sala Penal Permanente dispuso la medida de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, por el per\u00edodo de 36 meses, en contra del exministro de Vivienda, G\u00e9iner Alvarado.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sobre el exministro ya exist\u00eda una medida cautelar de comparecencia con restricciones que ahora ser\u00e1 cambiada por esta prisi\u00f3n preventiva dictada por la sala presidida por el juez San Mart\u00edn.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Previamente, el 9 de marzo, el Juzgado Supremo de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria hab\u00eda dictado 36 meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra el expresidente Castillo por ser el presunto l\u00edder de una organizaci\u00f3n criminal.<\/span><\/p>\n

En esa investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda hab\u00eda solicitado prisi\u00f3n preventiva tambi\u00e9n contra Juan Silva y <\/span>G\u00e9iner <\/span>Alvarado, exministros de Transporte y de Vivienda, respectivamente, durante el gobierno de Castillo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

A ellos se les atribuye la presunta comisi\u00f3n de diferentes delitos, entre ellos organizaci\u00f3n criminal, tr\u00e1fico de influencias y colusi\u00f3n en agravio del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
