Zapata, presidente del Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, promulg\u00f3 la Ley que promueve la reactivaci\u00f3n de las micro y peque\u00f1as empresas a trav\u00e9s de la continuidad de los procesos de adquisici\u00f3n de bienes realizados bajo la modalidad de n\u00facleo ejecutor de Compras a MYPER\u00da.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">MYPER\u00da, mecanismo de compras directas con el Estado que tienen vigencia hasta marzo del 2023, se extender\u00e1 hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2024 en favor de las MYPES, que representan el 97% de la econom\u00eda nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Williams presidi\u00f3 el acto de promulgaci\u00f3n, realizado en la Plaza Jos\u00e9 Faustino S\u00e1nchez Carri\u00f3n, donde indic\u00f3: \u00abToda iniciativa que lleve al progreso y bienestar del pa\u00eds es trascendental\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Congreso \u201ctrabaja para la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d, y, como esta ley, \u201cse han aprobado varias que son necesarias resaltarlas y que van en provecho de los motores del desarrollo como lo son las MYPES\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/peru\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/01\/PYMES-con-el-presidente-del-Congreso-9-1-2023.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">En presencia de la presidenta de la Asociaci\u00f3n PYME Per\u00fa, Ana Mar\u00eda Choquehuanca, diversos gremios del emporio comercial de Gamarra, de pescadores artesanales y textiles, el presidente del Congreso los inst\u00f3 a ser cada vez m\u00e1s competitivos para abrirse paso en mercados nacionales e internacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">COMPROMISO CON TODOS<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Por su parte, la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Econom\u00eda, Banca, Finanzas e Inteligencia Financiera, Rosangella Barbar\u00e1n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00abla ley busca reactivar el coraz\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">La ley se aprob\u00f3 por insistencia en el pleno del Congreso, por lo que le corresponde al presidente de ese poder del Estado promulgarla, en cumplimiento del art\u00edculo 108.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">En el mismo acto protocolar, el titular del Parlamento firm\u00f3 la Ley que propone un bono de reconocimiento para los aportantes y exaportantes de la ONP que hayan decidido o decidan trasladarse al Sistema Privado de Pensiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201cEl deseo es que ustedes se sientan seguros y tengan la esperanza que sus pensiones van a mejorar. Tener tranquilidad econ\u00f3mica es importante, para sus familias, para sus hijos\u201d, indic\u00f3 Williams a los jubilados presentes en la ceremonia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Por su parte, Barbar\u00e1n afirm\u00f3 que esta iniciativa no pretende regalarle nada a los afiliados, sino devolverles lo que injustamente perdieron.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201cNo es un dinero del Estado, como quieren hacerlo creer, es un dinero de los trabajadores que han perdido los ahorros de su vida\u201d, finaliz\u00f3 Barbar\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Est\u00e1 anunciado que, una vez firmada la ley, sea enviada al Poder Ejecutivo para que en plazo legal sea promulgada o se
