El citado burgomaestre fue llevado a la sede de la Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos de Alta Complejidad (Diviac).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Esta medida, tambi\u00e9n se dict\u00f3 contra Yenifer Noelia Paredes Navarro, Hugo Jhony Espino Lucana y Anggi Estefani Espino Lucana, en atenci\u00f3n al requerimiento del fiscal abogado Hans Alberto Aguirre Huatuco, miembro del Equipo Especial de Fiscales contra la Corrupci\u00f3n del Poder.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">El juez Ra\u00fal Justiniano Romero, del Octavo Juzgado de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria Nacional, autoriz\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el allanamiento, descerraje y registro de domicilios de las cuatro personas mencionadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">En ese marco, se cumpli\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de Medina Guerrero, alcalde de Angu\u00eda en Cajamarca, as\u00ed como a los hermanos Espino Lucana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">El fiscal Aguirre solicit\u00f3 se disponga la detenci\u00f3n preliminar por 15 d\u00edas de las cuatro personas mencionadas por la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito contra la tranquilidad p\u00fablica\u2013organizaci\u00f3n criminal, conducta prevista y sancionada en el art\u00edculo 317 del C\u00f3digo Penal y por la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de lavado de activos en organizaci\u00f3n criminal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">El Equipo Especial de Fiscales investiga las presuntas adjudicaciones irregulares otorgadas por las
