<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Miguel Romero Sotelo,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> quien se encargar\u00e1 de culminar la gesti\u00f3n municipal Alc\u00e1zar, en su calidad de accesitario, jur\u00f3 como nuevo regidor metropolitano.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Durante su discurso el arquitecto Romero Sotelo no se refiri\u00f3 a los temas \u00e1lgidos que enfrentamos los lime\u00f1os.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Lo urgente para gobernar cinco meses sin descuidar la planificaci\u00f3n es clave, la seguridad ciudadana, para ello debe convocar al Mininter, Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa, PNP, Poder Judicial y Ministerio P\u00fablico, y ejecutar pol\u00edticas persecutorias del delito\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Romero Sotelo, explic\u00f3 proyectos de mediano y largo plazo, pero no tendr\u00eda tiempo para ejecutarlos pues solo tiene cinco meses para la planificaci\u00f3n territorial, que hizo menci\u00f3n el nuevo alcalde, es una interesante y una proyecci\u00f3n a mediano y largo plazo, debiendo tomar en cuenta factores que nunca han posibilitado que Lima tenga un desarrollo urban\u00edsticamente sostenible, integrado y con visi\u00f3n de futuro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight:
