400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">La fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n, Zoraida \u00c1valos Rivera, present\u00f3 una denuncia constitucional contra Manuel Merino de Lama, \u00c1ntero Flores-Ar\u00e1oz y Gast\u00f3n Rodr\u00edguez, exministro del Interior, con motivo de las muertes de los ciudadanos Inti Sotelo y Bryan Pintado, e incluye a las 78 personas que sufrieron lesiones en las movilizaciones de noviembre del 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/peru\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2021\/10\/MANUEL-MERINO-DE-LAMA-EX-PRESIDENTE-DEL-PERU-2020.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Merino y a sus exministros la presunta comisi\u00f3n, en la modalidad de omisi\u00f3n impropia, de los delitos de homicidio, lesiones graves y leves a t\u00edtulo de dolo eventual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En la denuncia presentada ante el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, la Fiscal\u00eda de la Naci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que Merino, Flores-Ar\u00e1oz y Rodr\u00edguez incumplieron con su deber constitucional de <\/span><b>proteger la vida y la integridad f\u00edsica de los participantes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">en las movilizaciones efectuadas en Lima.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Asimismo, se considera que no adoptaron medidas para controlar el uso de la fuerza policial, que termin\u00f3 siendo desproporcionada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Dicha omisi\u00f3n se dio \u2014se\u00f1ala la Fiscal\u00eda\u2014 pese a contarse con informaci\u00f3n oficial referida a la intensificaci\u00f3n de esas acciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">En ese sentido, se indica que los denunciados habr\u00edan actuado con dolo eventual, pues desde que asumieron los cargos p\u00fablicos conoc\u00edan de las manifestaciones sociales, ya que estas eran reportadas por los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n social permanentemente durante los d\u00edas en que se realizaron.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">El documento presentado sostiene que dicha modalidad se aplica bajo la premisa de que los referidos funcionarios, en vez de prever los resultados de las movilizaciones, \u201cpersistieron en sus conductas omisivas\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">\u201cPara decirlo en\u00a0 t\u00e9rminos m\u00e1s directos, ten\u00edan la capacidad y estaban en la posibilidad de evitar los resultados, pero no lo hicieron\u201d, se indica en la denuncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\"><b>Falt\u00f3 autoridad desde el Ejecutivo<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">La fiscal\u00eda cuestiona, en ese contexto, que \u201cno se dispuso medidas para controlar ni mitigar dichas acciones y, por el contrario, se permiti\u00f3 que prosigan las mismas, lo que conllev\u00f3 como resultado dos personas fallecidas y 78 ciudadanos identificados a la fecha con lesiones leves y graves, quienes participaron activamente en dichas movilizaciones sociales\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">La denuncia constitucional contra Merino, Flores-Ar\u00e1oz y Rodr\u00edguez deber\u00e1 ser calificada en la Subcomisi\u00f3n de Acusaciones Constitucionales del Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">La Fiscal\u00eda de la Naci\u00f3n informar\u00e1 los avances del tr\u00e1mite iniciado y brindar\u00e1 todo el apoyo que requieran los parlamentarios para que se esclarezcan los hechos y se
