Foto El Comercio<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>Aurelio Pastor argument\u00f3 que \u201cesta extracci\u00f3n vulneraba los derechos de su defendido por el hecho que no fueron notificados ni convocados para esa diligencia, pese a que estos audios son medulares para la investigaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Al respecto el fiscal respondi\u00f3:<em> \u201cNosotros consideramos que no es nulo porque tiene amparo legal en el apartado en el que dice que el testigo puedo concurrir de manera espont\u00e1nea a declarar. Los actos procesales\u00a0solo pueden ser nulos cuando la ley lo establece y en este caso hay una norma que nos faculta.
