MART\u00cdN SALAS ZEGARRA, Fiscal Adjunto Superior, solicit\u00f3 a la JUNTA NACIONAL DE JUSTICIA \u201cLA SEPARACI\u00d3N TEMPORAL DEL FISCAL SUPREMO TOM\u00c1S G\u00c1LVEZ DEL MINISTERIO P\u00daBLICO\u201d debido a sus recientes declaraciones.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Durante una entrevista concedida a Radio Nacional, El Fiscal Tom\u00e1s Aladino G\u00e1lvez Villegas empez\u00f3 diciendo que \u201cLOS FISCALES A CARGO DE LA INVESTIGACI\u00d3N SON OPERADORES DE ODEBRECHT\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al respecto el Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n Mart\u00edn Salas declar\u00f3 que es \u201cuna situaci\u00f3n totalmente peligrosa porque PRETENDE DESESTABILIZAR la labor que vienen haciendo los fiscales, ante la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hay que resaltar que Tom\u00e1s G\u00e1lvez est\u00e1 siendo investigado por la presunta comisi\u00f3n de los delitos de:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cTom\u00e1s G\u00e1lvez no debe tomar decisiones mientras es investigado por corrupci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cSU APARTAMIENTO va a permitir de que ese GRAN PODER que le otorga el Estado no pueda ser mal utilizado para tratar de INTERFERIR en investigaciones en curso\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Por tal motivo es que el Fiscal Adjunto Superior, Mart\u00edn\u00a0Salas Zegarra\u00a0ha presentado con fecha viernes 14-2-2020\u00a0 un oficio a la\u00a0JNJ \u00a0pidi\u00e9ndoles \u00a0 SEPARAR AL FISCAL SUPREMO TOM\u00c1S G\u00c1LVEZ, tras sus \u201cnotorios actos de intromisi\u00f3n y\/o interferencia, adelanto de pronunciamiento y abuso de poder funcional\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Asimismo dio a conocer su enorme preocupaci\u00f3n por el hecho de que la JUNTA DE FISCALES SUPREMOS tenga TRES miembros investigados por el caso LOS CUELLOS BLANCOS DEL PUERTO, \u201cESTO HACE QUE PIERDA LEGITIMIDAD\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recordemos que los otros Fiscales Supremos investigados son Pedro Ch\u00e1varry y V\u00edctor Rodr\u00edguez Monteza.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Espe<\/strong>ramos que la nueva JNJ\u00a0 act\u00fae con la celeridad del caso e investigue no solo a los Fiscales Supremos, debe incluir adem\u00e1s \u00a0a todos los magistrados sospechosos de haber incurrido en actos irregulares y delictivos.<\/strong><\/p>\n
