El agradecimiento tambi\u00e9n fue extensivo al profesor Jos\u00e9 Eduardo L\u00f3pez Ahumada, docente de Derecho de la Universidad de Alcal\u00e1 de Espa\u00f1a, por su participaci\u00f3n como expositor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Asimismo, expres\u00f3 su confianza de que las intervenciones de los jueces supremos Jelio Paredes Infanz\u00f3n y Omar Toledo Toribio, as\u00ed como del docente peruano Renato Sarzo Tamayo, contribuyan a identificar no solo los riesgos, sino tambi\u00e9n las oportunidades que ofrece la IA para el style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En otro momento, Tello Gilardi resalt\u00f3 que el Poder Judicial realiz\u00f3, en junio de este a\u00f1o, la Primera Reuni\u00f3n Preparatoria de la XXIII Edici\u00f3n de la Cumbre Judicial Iberoamericana (CJI), en la que delegaciones de 23 pa\u00edses impulsaron y aprobaron por unanimidad cuatro proyectos relacionados con el uso de la IA en la administraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cUn a\u00f1o antes en la reuni\u00f3n preparatoria se aprob\u00f3 el C\u00f3digo \u00c9tico Iberoamericano para el uso de la IA en el \u00e1mbito judicial, lo que reafirma la necesidad de que la incorporaci\u00f3n de estas tecnolog\u00edas, est\u00e9 acompa\u00f1ada de principios \u00e9ticos, garant\u00edas jur\u00eddicas y una clara responsabilidad institucional\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hizo referencia a la primera enc\u00edclica del papa Le\u00f3n XIV, titulada \u201cMagnifica Humanitas\u201d, publicada en 2026, la cual ha generado un amplio debate sobre la necesidad de colocar a la persona humana y su dignidad en el centro de los cambios que atraviesa la sociedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Por su parte, L\u00f3pez Ahumada, en su ponencia, plante\u00f3 la necesidad de reinterpretar el derecho laboral ante el avance de la IA, a fin de brindar una respuesta efectiva a este fen\u00f3meno, garantizar un trabajo decente y evitar su deshumanizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El especialista explic\u00f3 que, si bien en el Per\u00fa a\u00fan no existe una regulaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica sobre esta materia, s\u00ed hay un reconocimiento constitucional del derecho a un trabajo digno y decente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ante ello, el catedr\u00e1tico espa\u00f1ol destac\u00f3 la importancia de la respuesta jurisdiccional que se est\u00e1 desarrollando en materia laboral frente al avance de la inteligencia artificial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cCreo que, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la regulaci\u00f3n, es muy importante esa vocaci\u00f3n de la justicia a la hora de enfrentar y tratar de solucionar los nuevos casos que se produzcan en el tema laboral\u201d, finaliz\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En ese contexto, queda claro que el Poder Judicial promueve el an\u00e1lisis de los efectos de la IA en el \u00e1mbito laboral y el uso responsable de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para fortalecer la labor jurisdiccional, con el prop\u00f3sito de avanzar hacia una justicia m\u00e1s eficiente sin dejar
