Cuando se hace, te enfocas en las sensaciones del cuerpo y la mente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">De acuerdo con expertos, se trata de un ejercicio que muchas personas usan para combatir la ansiedad y reducir la depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Estas t\u00e9cnicas consisten en ser consciente de tus sensaciones y emociones en el momento presente. Asimismo, se ha demostrado ser efectivo para mejorar la salud mental, la salud f\u00edsica, la autoestima y la felicidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cabe destacar que el mindfulness se puede practicar en todas las edades, desde ni\u00f1os hasta adultos mayores; suele ser muy simples y f\u00e1ciles de aplicar en cualquier momento del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En el caso de los ni\u00f1os, pueden realizar algunos juegos de mindfulness, mientras que en los adultos se basa en escuchar m\u00fasica o hacer respiraciones conscientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Uno de los ejercicios m\u00e1s comunes es la respiraci\u00f3n, la cual se basa en enfocarse en ella a medida que el flujo de aire corre por el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Otra t\u00e9cnica es la atenci\u00f3n plena guiada, en la que escuchas instrucciones de respiraci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n plena por medio de una grabaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Vale acotar que el mindfulness se puede desarrollar cuando se hacen actividades cotidianas; por ejemplo, cuando est\u00e9s comiendo, trata de enfocarte en el sabor y textura de la comida en lugar de distraerte con otras cosas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar mindfulness en actividades como caminar, realizar las tareas de la casa o tomar un ba\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Es una pr\u00e1ctica que cualquiera puede usar en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda para reducir la ansiedad, la depresi\u00f3n y la falta de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tambi\u00e9n se ha demostrado que puede reducir el estr\u00e9s y mejorar la calidad de vida; se trata de una pr\u00e1ctica muy f\u00e1cil de incorporar a tu vida y solo requiere un poco de tiempo y atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOTI-AMERICA.COM El mindfulness o atenci\u00f3n plena, es un t\u00e9rmino que se usa para describir una pr\u00e1ctica que consiste en centrarse en las sensaciones del momento presente.
