Marks & Spencer joins WRAP #Textiles2030 for sustainable development on their clothes production
Marks and Spencer has joined one of the most ambitious programs for sustainable development in the textile field for the next 10 years called #textiles2030.
The company already has 100% sustainably sourced cotton as of 2019 through the Better Cotton Initiative and is going further with sustainable textiles from WRAP textiles 2030.
According to WRAP, the UK is the country that buys the most clothing per person in Europe, which is why Marks and Spencer has decided to include # textiles2030 as a vital part of their clothing and textile production.
