Este d\u00eda supone una oportunidad \u00fanica para agradecer todos los esfuerzos realizados por los voluntarios y sus organizaciones, as\u00ed como promover sus valores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Este d\u00eda fue decretado por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas el 17 de diciembre de 1985.
