El presidente\u00a0Donald Trump\u00a0logr\u00f3 retrasar la entrega de su reporte de impuestos al Comit\u00e9 de Supervisi\u00f3n y Reforma de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, debido a una decisi\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema.<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n

Los jueces bloquearon temporalmente el fallo que obligar\u00eda al mandatario entregar su contabilidad, como lo solicitan los representantes dem\u00f3cratas para una investigaci\u00f3n de supuestos pagos irregulares en la campa\u00f1a electoral de 2016.<\/span><\/h4>\n

La orden de suspensi\u00f3n temporal firmada por el presidente del Tribunal Supremo,\u00a0John Roberts, y permite a los congresistas responder sobre el recurso emitido por el presidente Trump.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Seg\u00fan expertos se requieren cinco votos para otorgar una suspensi\u00f3n de una acci\u00f3n de un tribunal, aunque en algunos casos un juez puede hacerlo a la espera de su revisi\u00f3n por el tribunal en pleno, como podr\u00eda ser este caso.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Los dem\u00f3cratas no se oponen al retraso temporal de la obtenci\u00f3n de los reportes financieros, en espera de que los jueces tomen una decisi\u00f3n final.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Desde 2016, el presidente Trump rechaza entregar sus reportes de impuestos, incluso cuando todos los aspirantes presidenciales y eventuales mandatarios dieron a conocer esa informaci\u00f3n al menos en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada.<\/span><\/h4>\n
