Ese mismo principio se replica en la log\u00edstica<br \/>\nterrestre, especialmente cuando se distribuyen autopartes de gran volumen y alto valor,<br \/>\ndonde un da\u00f1o o retraso no es un simple \u201cincidente\u201d, sino un costo operativo real con<br \/>\nimpacto comercial.<\/p>\n<p>En la distribuci\u00f3n de autopartes (parachoques, puertas, cap\u00f3s, radiadores, piezas<br \/>\nestructurales y otros componentes sensibles), el transporte es solo una parte del<br \/>\nservicio. Lo determinante es la capacidad de operar bajo est\u00e1ndares de control:<br \/>\ntrazabilidad, seguridad, integridad del producto y cumplimiento de ventanas de entrega.<br \/>\nEn log\u00edstica, estas \u00e1reas funcionan como una \u201cgesti\u00f3n del riesgo\u201d comparable a la<br \/>\ngesti\u00f3n de riesgo mar\u00edtimo: requiere procedimientos y disciplina, no improvisaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nControl de riesgo y puntos cr\u00edticos del proceso<\/p>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos operativos, distingo cuatro momentos donde ocurren los mayores riesgos:<br \/>\nRecepci\u00f3n e inspecci\u00f3n: el primer punto de p\u00e9rdida ocurre cuando una pieza<br \/>\nentra a inventario sin verificaci\u00f3n. La operaci\u00f3n necesita un protocolo m\u00ednimo de<br \/>\ninspecci\u00f3n inicial y documentaci\u00f3n: identificaci\u00f3n de la pieza, estado f\u00edsico observable,<br \/>\ny registro del responsable que la recibe.<br \/>\nManejo y protecci\u00f3n: muchas autopartes no fallan por el trayecto, sino por la<br \/>\nmanipulaci\u00f3n. Las piezas deben manejarse por criterios de estabilidad, separaci\u00f3n por<br \/>\nmaterial, sujeci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n superficial. Un est\u00e1ndar b\u00e1sico reduce da\u00f1os est\u00e9ticos y<br \/>\nestructurales, que son los m\u00e1s costosos.<br \/>\nCarga, estiba y orden de descarga: en log\u00edstica profesional, el orden de carga no<br \/>\nse decide por conveniencia, sino por secuencia operativa. La manipulaci\u00f3n extra eleva<br \/>\nda\u00f1o y tiempo. Cargar pensando en la descarga es una forma de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Entrega y documentaci\u00f3n final: sin confirmaci\u00f3n formal (firma, hora, identidad del<br \/>\nreceptor y observaciones), la operaci\u00f3n queda expuesta a disputas que terminan<br \/>\nsiendo p\u00e9rdidas administrativas, a\u00fan cuando el servicio se prest\u00f3 correctamente.<br \/>\nLa l\u00f3gica mar\u00edtima aplicada al transporte terrestre<\/p>\n<p>La industria suele separar \u201clog\u00edstica\u201d de \u201cgesti\u00f3n operativa\u201d, pero en la pr\u00e1ctica son<br \/>\ninseparables. En mar, cada operaci\u00f3n se apoya en procedimientos y registros; lo<br \/>\nmismo debe ocurrir en tierra cuando la operaci\u00f3n busca escalar.
