Lo que se mide mal, se gestiona mal\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Entonces: \u00bfc\u00f3mo mido la rentabilidad de mi empresa?<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, definamos rentabilidad: Es la comparaci\u00f3n entre un resultado contra el capital que se ha invertido para lograrlo.<\/p>\n<p>La rentabilidad de una empresa medido en forma sencilla es el resultado de la divisi\u00f3n entre Resultado Neto y Patrimonio Neto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bajo esta premisa: \u00bfQu\u00e9 es mejor? \u00bfUna empresa econ\u00f3micamente bien o una empresa financieramente bien?<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Si la empresa fuese un veh\u00edculo dir\u00edamos:<\/strong><br \/>\nMotor= Modelo de Negocio= Estado de Resultados<br \/>\nChasis = Finanzas = Flujo de Efectivo y Equivalentes (Cash Flow)<br \/>\nCon lo que si verdaderamente quiero tener una empresa sostenible en el tiempo, debo trabajar en el modelo de negocios. Este tiene implicancias en las ventas y en la estructura de costos y gastos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En el corto plazo, como dicen los norteamericanos, \u201cThe Cash is the King\u201d (el efectivo es el rey). \u00bfQu\u00e9 ser\u00eda un motor de un Ferrari con el chasis destrozado, o qu\u00e9 ser\u00eda el chasis de un Ferrari con el motor destrozado?<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nCon lo cual, cuando vea que su contador te presenta un Estado de Resultados poco satisfactorio, es porque el modelo de negocio es poco satisfactorio. En este caso, trabaje sobre el mismo (Por qu\u00e9 hago lo que hago, Qu\u00e9 hago o vendo, Para qui\u00e9n, Qu\u00e9 recursos y actividades claves necesito realizar en mi negocio, qui\u00e9nes son mis aliados estrat\u00e9gicos).<\/p>\n<p>Obviamente, todo cambia, no hay modelo de negocio eterno.\u00a0<strong>M\u00e1s a\u00fan si cambiaron los modelos sociales y econ\u00f3micos. Observe y escuche a la sociedad. La base de lo que hace, es su \u201cprop\u00f3sito\u201d (El por qu\u00e9 todos los d\u00edas me despierto temprano para hacer frente a tantas cosas).<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nSi ve un flujo de caja y bancos poco satisfactorio, es porque su chasis es poco satisfactorio.
