{"id":976,"date":"2018-06-05T04:05:16","date_gmt":"2018-06-05T04:05:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/ecuador\/?p=976"},"modified":"2018-06-05T04:05:16","modified_gmt":"2018-06-05T04:05:16","slug":"presidente-del-consejo-de-la-judicatura-y-sus-vocales-fueron-cesado-por-el-cpccst","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/ecuador\/2018\/06\/05\/presidente-del-consejo-de-la-judicatura-y-sus-vocales-fueron-cesado-por-el-cpccst\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente del Consejo de la Judicatura y sus vocales fueron cesado por el CPCCST"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>REDACCI\u00d3N NOTI-AM\u00c9RICA (ECUADOR).<\/p>\n<p>El Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Control Social (Cpccs) Transitorio resolvi\u00f3 este lunes, 4 de junio del 2018, cesar al presidente del Consejo de la Judicatura (CJ), Gustavo Jalkh, y a cuatro vocales del organismo, por incumplir todos los par\u00e1metros de la evaluaci\u00f3n efectuada por la entidad.<br \/>\n<small><\/small><\/p>\n<p>Luego de una evaluaci\u00f3n que dur\u00f3 dos meses e inici\u00f3 el 4 de abril, los miembros del Cpccs transitorio\u00a0 mantuvieron este lunes una sesi\u00f3n que se inici\u00f3 a las 10:00, en el Teatro de la Universidad Central, en el norte de Quito para emitir una resoluci\u00f3n sobre la Judicatura. Los funcionarios poseen 704 denuncias, constan como los m\u00e1s denunciados durante el proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><small><\/small>El presidente del Consejo de la Judicatura tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 sometido a un tr\u00e1mite de censura en la Asamblea Nacional, ya que varios legisladores cr\u00edticos a Correa han culpado a Jalkh de una supuesta intromisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en la funci\u00f3n judicial. Por su lado, Jalkh\u00a0ha negado los cargos en su contra y ha insinuado que, a su parecer, hay intereses pol\u00edticos para desestabilizar a la judicatura.<\/p>\n<p>Bucaram, en sus tuits mencion\u00f3 al expresidente Rafael Correa. \u00abYa no est\u00e1 Jalhk. Ya puedo decir todo lo que s\u00e9 (\u2026) Volver\u00e9 a demostrar tus cr\u00edmenes y tu condici\u00f3n de narcotraficante. Vamos a judicializar esta investigaci\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo metiste al c\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa y 3 carteles mas al pa\u00eds. C\u00f3mo sembraste 30.000 HCT de coca\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p>Otros sectores apoyaron la labor del Cccs.<\/p>\n<p>Rodeado de carteles en los que se pod\u00eda observar fotos de C\u00e9sar Trujillo y frases de respaldo al Consejo que preside, Alonso L\u00f3pez, director del movimiento, destruy\u00f3 una cadena simb\u00f3lica de papel color verde. \u201cHoy queremos representar el fin de la corrupci\u00f3n que comenzar\u00e1 con la destituci\u00f3n del Consejo de Judicatura.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a romper las cadenas de esta justicia que traicion\u00f3 al Ecuador\u201d. Seg\u00fan L\u00f3pez el Cpccs deber\u00e1, posteriormente a la remoci\u00f3n de Jalkh de su cargo, designar a profesionales del derecho mediante recursos transparentes, pues argumenta no pueden repetirse las irregularidades que tomaron lugar durante el gobierno anterior.<br \/>\n<small><\/small><\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de la destituci\u00f3n, los vocales del\u00a0<strong>Consejo de la Judicatura<\/strong>\u00a0(CJ) anunciaron que impugnar\u00e1n la decisi\u00f3n de destituirlos adoptada por el\u00a0Cpccs-t, encargado de evaluar a los organismos de control, en un comunicado poco despu\u00e9s que el presidente del Cpccs-t,\u00a0<strong>Julio C\u00e9sar Trujillo<\/strong>, anunciase el fallo de ese organismo por considerar que supuestamente el\u00a0<strong>Consejo<\/strong>\u00a0no actu\u00f3 de forma independiente y por presuntamente haber influido en la designaci\u00f3n de jueces.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan una evaluaci\u00f3n efectuada por el\u00a0<strong>Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>Consejo de la Judicatura<\/strong>, presuntamente no ejerci\u00f3 sus funciones de forma independiente durante el Gobierno del expresidente\u00a0<strong>Rafael Correa<\/strong>(2007-2017).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REDACCI\u00d3N NOTI-AM\u00c9RICA (ECUADOR).
