Cada provincia realiz\u00f3 ocho presentaciones diarias, lo que permiti\u00f3 exhibir m\u00e1s de 40 preparaciones al d\u00eda entre platos salados, dulces, bebidas y productos, alcanzando una producci\u00f3n aproximada de 1.000 degustaciones diarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La propuesta despert\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n nacionales de Espa\u00f1a y de prensa especializada en gastronom\u00eda, posicionando al stand como un punto clave del congreso. Figuras de referencia del sector como Miguel Pereda, director de marketing de la Gu\u00eda Michelin; el chef Xune Andrade (Monte, 1 Estrella Michelin); Viri Fern\u00e1ndez; y los propietarios de Casa Chuchu, entre otros, recorrieron el espacio, junto a chefs, asesores y formadores que aportaron a la proyecci\u00f3n internacional de la gastronom\u00eda ecuatoriana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cada presentaci\u00f3n estuvo acompa\u00f1ada de una contextualizaci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica y degustaciones dirigidas, destacando el valor del producto local, la identidad territorial y la diversidad culinaria del litoral ecuatoriano. \u201cNuestra participaci\u00f3n en Madrid Fusi\u00f3n ha superado las expectativas y nos ha permitido mostrar la profundidad de la gastronom\u00eda de la Costa del Ecuador ante un p\u00fablico global\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Santiago Granda, rector del Instituto Superior Tecnol\u00f3gico Escuela de los Chefs, al resaltar los contactos estrat\u00e9gicos logrados durante el evento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Los men\u00fas presentados integraron propuestas contempor\u00e1neas e innovadoras del Guayas, con platos como ceviche de camar\u00f3n, encebollado, seco de cordero y una amplia muestra de chocolater\u00eda y banano, as\u00ed como una oferta de cocina ancestral manabita, que incluy\u00f3 viche, tonga, corviche, cazuela y dulces tradicionales.
