Expertos del sector de la construcci\u00f3n advierten que diciembre es la mejor \u00e9poca para reforzar techos, renovar espacios y corregir problemas estructurales antes de la temporada de lluvias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Jhon Jairo Tabares, gerente general de Eternit Ecuador, se\u00f1ala que destinar este ingreso a la vivienda no solo mejora el confort, sino que fortalece el patrimonio familiar. \u201cInvertir en el techo de tu casa o en la renovaci\u00f3n de tus espacios es fortalecer tu patrimonio, ahorrando estr\u00e9s, dinero y problemas ma\u00f1ana\u201d, afirma. Eternit destaca que muchas fallas comunes \u2014como filtraciones, humedades o desprendimientos de pintura\u2014 suelen originarse en instalaciones caseras o materiales sin certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Aunque algunos trabajos parecen simples, t\u00e9cnicos recalcan que cubiertas, impermeabilizaci\u00f3n y pintura requieren manos especializadas. Un montaje incorrecto del techo puede derivar en filtraciones y da\u00f1os costosos; una impermeabilizaci\u00f3n mal ejecutada expone la estructura a filtraciones; y la pintura sin la preparaci\u00f3n adecuada provoca desprendimientos y hongos. Lo que se ahorra hoy \u201chaciendo uno mismo\u201d puede convertirse en reparaciones mucho m\u00e1s costosas en pocos meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Con el d\u00e9cimo tercer sueldo \u2014que seg\u00fan la normativa laboral debe pagarse hasta el 24 de diciembre\u2014 los especialistas recomiendan solicitar diagn\u00f3sticos, usar materiales certificados y programar trabajos antes de que empiecen las lluvias.
