Seg\u00fan Multitrabajos en su estudio \u00abBurnout 2024\u00bb, el 78% de los trabajadores presenta s\u00edntomas, impactando al 90% de las empresas, lo que supone un incremento del 6% en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o previo. Adem\u00e1s, el Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica contabiliz\u00f3 700.918 atenciones de salud mental hasta septiembre de 2024, incluyendo casos de depresi\u00f3n y ansiedad. Estas cifras reflejan una crisis silenciosa que impacta tanto en la productividad como en el bienestar emocional de la poblaci\u00f3n trabajadora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Reconocido por la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), el s\u00edndrome de burnout se caracteriza por fatiga persistente, falta de motivaci\u00f3n, insomnio, dolores musculares y desconexi\u00f3n emocional del trabajo. Identificarlo a tiempo es vital; las se\u00f1ales incluyen irritabilidad, problemas de concentraci\u00f3n, sensaci\u00f3n de fracaso y menor rendimiento, pudiendo llevar a ansiedad o depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ante esta cr\u00edtica situaci\u00f3n, Laboratorios Bag\u00f3 est\u00e1 implementando acciones proactivas para prevenir y gestionar la salud mental dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de su programa de Bienestar Integral enfocado en 4 ejes: salud f\u00edsica, salud emocional, salud financiera y salud social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Las iniciativas de la empresa incluyen el fomento de espacios de escucha activa, la realizaci\u00f3n de campa\u00f1as de concienciaci\u00f3n sobre salud mental y la provisi\u00f3n de acceso a asesoramiento m\u00e9dico y psicol\u00f3gico especializado para sus colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cCuidar de la salud emocional es tan importante como velar por la salud f\u00edsica.
