Adem\u00e1s el dirigente lo acus\u00f3 de aparentes irregularidades en el manejo de los fondos financieros de sus agremiados en contratos de consultor\u00edas externas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Estas declaraciones las dio hoy, luego de que no se le permiti\u00f3 retomar sus labores, tal como lo dict\u00f3 una sentencia judicial. En ella se anula una acci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n interpuesta y adem\u00e1s se ordena que Asoprep regrese al Biess. \u201cEsto significa que todo lo actuado por el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n queda insubsistente y solo queda v\u00e1lido lo actuado por la Superintendencia de Bancos y yo contin\u00fao como gerente\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Toscano se\u00f1al\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que iniciar\u00e1 las sanciones penales correspondientes contra todos los funcionarios que act\u00faan en contra de la sentencia y las normativas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>LA SENTENCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Corte Provincial de Justicia de Santa Elena anul\u00f3 una sentencia del 8 de febrero de 2024, emitida por el juez Juan Carlos Aguiar Ch\u00e1vez, en un caso de acci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n relacionado con Asoprep-FCPC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La decisi\u00f3n, adoptada por unanimidad, acept\u00f3 las apelaciones de la Superintendencia de Bancos y del Biess, argumentando que la sentencia original viol\u00f3 el derecho al debido proceso y a la defensa, desnaturalizando la acci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s de inadmitir la demanda, la Corte dispuso que se investigue la conducta del juez Aguiar Ch\u00e1vez que acept\u00f3 la acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REDACCI\u00d3N NOTI-AM\u00c9RICA\u00a0(ECUADOR).
