Narcisa de Jes\u00fas, norte de Guayaquil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La actividad form\u00f3 parte de las acciones de prevenci\u00f3n de siniestros que ejecuta diariamente la Agencia de Tr\u00e1nsito y Movilidad (ATM), en aquellas v\u00edas con mayor \u00edndice de siniestralidad con fallecidos y lesionados. Jos\u00e9 Franco, gerente general de la ATM, sostuvo que el objetivo es que los miembros de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Personas con Discapacidad Asopl\u00e9jica \u201cles den la versi\u00f3n de primera mano, que alguna falta o por exceder los l\u00edmites de velocidad puede causar la muerte o la p\u00e9rdida de sus extremidades\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Al momento la ATM ha conseguido reducir las cifras de fallecidos en las v\u00edas, en los primeros cinco meses del a\u00f1o 2024 disminuyeron en un 30% los\u00a0siniestros de tr\u00e1nsito. Durante el operativo de concienciaci\u00f3n la Direcci\u00f3n de Control de Tr\u00e1nsito instal\u00f3 el cinem\u00f3metro 200 metros antes, dispositivo que permite detectar la velocidad, y registraba a los infractores quienes sin ninguna sanci\u00f3n fueron invitados a bajar del veh\u00edculo para recibir la breve charla testimonial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud, el exceso de velocidad es la principal causa de muerte en el mundo y en Guayaquil en el a\u00f1o 2023 hubo 107 fallecidos en las calles por esa causa. En ese mismo a\u00f1o, la ATM report\u00f3 en promedio 444 infracciones cada d\u00eda por exceso de velocidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por lo que, durante junio y julio se mantendr\u00e1n los controles disuasivos en aquellas v\u00edas con la mayor incidencia de mortalidad como: Perimetral, V\u00eda a Daule, V\u00eda a la Costa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REDACCI\u00d3N NOTI-AM\u00c9RICA\u00a0(ECUADOR).
