{"id":26848,"date":"2023-09-30T14:36:58","date_gmt":"2023-09-30T14:36:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/ecuador\/?p=26848"},"modified":"2023-09-30T14:36:58","modified_gmt":"2023-09-30T14:36:58","slug":"llaman-a-juicio-a-presuntos-autores-de-asesinato-del-presidente-de-urbanizacion-los-ceibos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/ecuador\/2023\/09\/30\/llaman-a-juicio-a-presuntos-autores-de-asesinato-del-presidente-de-urbanizacion-los-ceibos\/","title":{"rendered":"Llaman a juicio a presuntos autores de asesinato del presidente de Urbanizaci\u00f3n los Ceibos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>REDACCI\u00d3N NOTI-AM\u00c9RICA (ECUADOR)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 660px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/juicio-para-autores-de-asesinato.jpg\" alt=\"Imagen de bolet\u00edn: Llaman a juicio a presuntos autores de asesinato\" width=\"650\" height=\"400\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Llaman a juicio a presuntos autores de asesinato<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Con los elementos de convicci\u00f3n presentados por Fiscal\u00eda, un Juez de Garant\u00edas Penales de Guayas dict\u00f3 auto de llamamiento a juicio contra cuatro ciudadanos que habr\u00edan participado en el asesinato del Presidente del Comit\u00e9 de Seguridad de la Urbanizaci\u00f3n \u201cLos Ceibos\u201d, suscitado la ma\u00f1ana del viernes 13 de enero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En audiencia de evaluaci\u00f3n y preparatoria de juicio, Fiscal\u00eda present\u00f3 los elementos de convicci\u00f3n recabados, sobre una presunta responsabilidad de los procesados en el hecho investigado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Entre estos constan: los informes investigativos, los reportes telef\u00f3nicos de los celulares de los procesados y la experticia realizada a los videos de las c\u00e1maras de seguridad de viviendas y avenidas pr\u00f3ximas al hecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s, el acta de levantamiento de cad\u00e1ver y autopsia realizado a la v\u00edctima, el de reconocimiento de lugar de los hechos, la denuncia y testimonio de los familiares del occiso, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El Juez de Garant\u00edas Penales acogi\u00f3 el pedido de la Fiscal\u00eda y llam\u00f3 a juicio a V\u00edctor S. R. (en el grado de autor) y a Roberth A. N., Andy L. Q. y Robert J. S. (presuntos coautores), a quienes ratific\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para Edison Q. B., el magistrado ratific\u00f3 su estado de inocencia, al considerar insuficientes los elementos de convicci\u00f3n presentados contra \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El Fiscal del caso expuso que la ma\u00f1ana del viernes 13 de enero, en la avenida principal de la Urbanizaci\u00f3n Los Ceibos, una pareja de esposos fue atacada por personas que se movilizaban en una moto y en un veh\u00edculo.
