{"id":1450,"date":"2018-08-09T13:47:15","date_gmt":"2018-08-09T13:47:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/ecuador\/?p=1450"},"modified":"2018-08-09T13:47:15","modified_gmt":"2018-08-09T13:47:15","slug":"exsecretario-de-comunicacion-alvarado-enfrenta-proceso-penal-por-el-presunto-delito-de-peculado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/ecuador\/2018\/08\/09\/exsecretario-de-comunicacion-alvarado-enfrenta-proceso-penal-por-el-presunto-delito-de-peculado\/","title":{"rendered":"Exsecretario de comunicaci\u00f3n Alvarado enfrenta proceso penal por el presunto delito de peculado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>REDACCI\u00d3N NOTI-AM\u00c9RICA (ECUADOR)<\/p>\n<p>Desde la madrugada de este jueves el exsecretario de Comunicaci\u00f3n, Fernando Alvarado, est\u00e1 procesado por el presunto delito de peculado.\u00a0Luego de rendir una versi\u00f3n en Fiscal\u00eda, la fiscal subrogante pidi\u00f3 a la Corte Nacional la formulaci\u00f3n de cargos en su contra.\u00a0Alvarado tiene prohibici\u00f3n para salir de Ecuador, deber\u00e1 presentarse peri\u00f3dicamente ante un juez y tendr\u00e1 que utilizar un grillete electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>Las medidas cautelares fueron impuestas por la jueza Silvia S\u00e1nchez, tras dar paso a una instrucci\u00f3n fiscal en contra del exsecretario de Comunicaci\u00f3n (Secom) por presunto peculado. S\u00e1nchez acogi\u00f3 as\u00ed la solicitud de la fiscal general subrogante, Ruth Palacios, quien present\u00f3 cargos en contra de Alvarado; durante una audiencia en la Corte Nacional de Justicia.<small><br \/>\n<\/small><\/p>\n<p>Durante la audiencia, la fiscal Ruth Palacios present\u00f3 como evidencia el informe de la Contralor\u00eda con indicios de responsabilidad penal sobre las sabatinas.
